“The website was easy to navigate and the prices very competitive. Easy online purchase process. Kept up to date with delivery details. The delivery team were amazing, friendly, efficient, respectful and quick. There was a small dint and a scratch on the fridge sides, but it looked to be from before it was unpacked, so I don't think it was the delivery, and we don't really mind. Would recommend.”

“My fridge was in back order. When it was available, Appliance Central emailed me the date for delivery. I was able to reschedule it to the date that suited me. The fridge was delivered on time efficiently. The only issue was the guys forgot to make sure the fridge stand evenly on the floor before they left. Fortunately, I could adjust the stands of the fridge myself later.”

“No problem with the product and price. Shipping was an issue. If signature required courier should try and arrive when someone is home, not come in the middle of the day when most people work. I had to redirect to another family member who could be home on the nominated day so delivery was delayed. When they did arrive it was at the end of the day. Why couldn’t they have done that first time around and then I wouldn’t have had to wait and pay extra for redirect.”

“Communication regarding item purchased was lacking in updates. I had to contact the company to get an update on my item. I understand things happen but effective communication needs to be more of a priority to customers as it shows the company cares about you as a valued customer & will make the customer want to return to purchase more. Sadly I won't be in any hurry to return for any future purchases at this point due to my concerns over communication matter. You have great prices for products & that's great but it's not all that matters to me when purchasing from a company.”

“Delivery service not really good, delivery person need to be more helpful and more professional to treat customer, want to leave tv at the front door and no communication before coming. Disappointed with delivery service.”

“Price was low. Service good. Order process was simple and easy to understand. Delivery was prompt. The only issue was box was damaged on arrival, but item was not damaged.”

“Everything was good appart from delivery crew. First they rejected to collect the box and had to call their boss, secondly they quickly droped the fridge and didn't take the protector packaging and films off the fridge. They were in rush to do other deliveries most likely”
