“Everything went well. Apart from a slight mix up on dispatch and delivery schedule. A paper invoice would have been appreciated. Some people don’t have computers or printers.”

“The carton box packaging was damaged in few areas and i was little worried first about the fragile thing inside but the product was fine and so far so good. One important advice to Appliance Central, as others also pointed out please don't use the courier service - Aramex Australia as their delivery service is awful.”

“My experience with Appliance Central was pleasant and efficient, however, my experience with the courier service, Aramax, was disappointing. I was given an estimated deliver day by them but my goods did not arrive until a week later. The courier's manner was short and unpleasant. I got the impression that he didn't want to be making the delivery .”

“Ordered oven, stovetop and rangehood on boxing day... They didn't have stock for the rangehood until early Feb. So I ended up getting a refund for the rangehood and bought elsewhere. They delivered the other 2 items the next day. I wish they had been more forthcoming with info on stock.”

“Arranged to be home day advised delivery but came a day early when I wasnt home. Advised another day then delivery came next day just after I got home fortunately . Other than that all good”

“Purchase price and purchase process was great. Delivery was quick but contrary to email updates, the item was delivered a day early with no one home and left without a customer receiving signature, not in safe place, but right in front of the front door.”

“Love it already have the matching toaster, they look great together. Very happy with the kettle, I have arthritis in my thumbs so can’t press too hard. The lid opening button so easy. Just one comment it took much longer to get here after it was picked up. I realise this is not Appliance Central error, just for your info.”

“Overall, outstanding service and items delivered on time at an amazing price. Love the fact that they removed the old appliance. However, we had our old oven removed and when the delivery driver was loading it onto the truck it fell leaving shattered glass in my driveway for me to clean up!”

“Overall I was very pleased with Appliance Central. It did take a while for my order to come as it was on back order, however it was a great price. I was pleased with the communication on the day and day before about the delivery and the men were good with the installation and take away. The only things I would suggest are an estimate of time if the item is on back order and the box being taken away after it is unpacked and installed. Thanks for the quality job!”
