“Good communication way”

“Competitive price, friendly service. But be warned: I ordered late Friday, promised delivery Monday. Delivery(Aramex) let them down and did not pick up the TV. No information on tracking at all on Aramex site so late morning Monday I rang AC and they confirmed no pick-up made. David arranged another service (Alliance Express) to pick up with same day delivery. Monday afternoon I rang Alliance Express and they claimed "on board for delivery". Late Monday rang Appliance Express and they said no pick-up as "overloaded" but promised Tuesday. Late Tuesday am I rang AC to check on delivery, Appliance Express had not picked up. A call to Appliance Express resulted in them assigning a driver to pick up specially. This happened and delivery was made late in afternoon. Kudos to David and AC for quick action on non-delivery, but beware of Aramex and Allied Express delivery promises.”

“Excellent delivery and installation. Excellent removal of old machine. New washing machine works great. But they didn’t take away the packaging which I didn’t realize wasn’t part of the service. My 79 yo mother was not happy about that. It should be clearer on the website”

“The service and price are good, but Aramex delivery is inefficient. Ordered from Appliance Central on Feb 9, delivered on Feb 13 as stated on their website. I Wasn't home; Aramex driver said will redeliver in two days, but never did. Product sent to depot.”

“Arrived within the window of the timeframe given, driver rang 1/2 hour before delivery. Polite and installed washing machine, took old machine away. Would have given them a 5 star review; BUT they left me to dispose of the box and packaging.”

“The best price outcome with delivery on time as indicated though it's a backorder. Don't mind disposing the carton despite its large in size as price has reflected the price paid. Highly recommend to buy from Appliance Central”

“The supply was delay. initially it was told the lead time would be 3~4 weeks but it arrived after 6 weeks. Apart from it, everything is good.”

“Everything went so quick , with ordering, processing.. Only remark is the delivery. It was mentioned which day,but not the time, so you have to wait all day, otherwise you'll miss your product. On the number provided for delivery company, no one answering, and point to check tracking number. When you check, says to be delivered, no time frame.”

“The carton box packaging was damaged in few areas and i was little worried first about the fragile thing inside but the product was fine and so far so good. One important advice to Appliance Central, as others also pointed out please don't use the courier service - Aramex Australia as their delivery service is awful.”

“My experience with Appliance Central was pleasant and efficient, however, my experience with the courier service, Aramax, was disappointing. I was given an estimated deliver day by them but my goods did not arrive until a week later. The courier's manner was short and unpleasant. I got the impression that he didn't want to be making the delivery .”

“Ordered oven, stovetop and rangehood on boxing day... They didn't have stock for the rangehood until early Feb. So I ended up getting a refund for the rangehood and bought elsewhere. They delivered the other 2 items the next day. I wish they had been more forthcoming with info on stock.”
