“Quick delivery but they got it as far as the door. I would prefer to pay a couple of dollars more and have the option of getting the box unpacked.”

“All comms & delivery times were excellent however the delivery man was obviously in a rush. I watched him carry my large tv from back of van to front door and looked very unsafe. At the front door he placed one end safely on the doorstep but the other end slipped from his hands and landed VERY HARD on the concrete!!! I hope it hasn't damaged the long term performance of my purchase...”

“Items delivered as expected, washing machine was unable to be installed as the hose was too short, so I had to call a plumber, the delivery person also cracked my front tiles when bringing the fridge into the house so that needed to be repaired by a tiler. The products were great but the delivery could have been improved.”
