“i WAS SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AND THE PRICE, THERE WAS SOME DELAY IN DELIVERY ON TWO OCCASIONS IT WAS POSTPONED WHICH RESULTED IN SOME INCONVENIENCE.”

“Ordered our Westinghouse 5 Burner cooktop on the 24/11/23. Was first sent an email advising delivery would take place on the 5/12/23 which did not happen. I reached out to them on the 7/12/23 and the cooktop was received on the 12/12/23. Overall this was still better than what The Good Guys advised, that the same cooktop would be on back-order and could take up to 5 weeks for delivery as such happy with the delivery time. In terms of price I shopped online for the same product comparing 5 other suppliers and Appliance Central came out the cheapest even with the delivery charge of $46. Only thing that could be improved is the delivery company they use as the service from them is not as impressive. Overall happy with my purchase from Appliance Central.”

“Happy with price and Appliance Central.. Not happy with freight company ringing bell once and leaving expensive item at front door. If I was in back yard at the time, it could have been stolen.”

“By far the cheapest available price and free delivery. All very easy dealing with them directly. They acted promptly. However, the courier service wasn't the best though, misplaced the item in transit and then very difficult to arrange a re-delivery time.”

“Everything went according to plan. Ie On line purchase, notification and Delivery . Even carried it up the internal stairs . Maybe if they could give a more precise delivery time the day before rather than “ between 8.30 and 5” it would help me plan my day better. For instance , delivery in the am or pm .”

“Initial contact and price match for our new kitchen fitout with Anastasuia was outstanding. She was super helpful. The delivery was executed efficiently and on time. The F&P rangehood was on back order and has taken an extra 2 months. Still waiting - disappointing. Called a few weeks ago for price match on tv and media needs but was treated rudely and with indifference. I went straight to a competitor who price matched no problems. A shame because I'm genrally a loyal customer. Guess you could say it was a mixed experience.”

“The 85” Samsung we purchased is fantastic. Great color, sound & it’s so sleek in design too. The only issue I had was with delivery…it was left on the porch (as I requested) but nobody knocked to let me know they delivered it. It could have been stolen if I wasn’t home waiting for it.”

“Really happy with the cordless lg A9 multi, wish I had of waited until the Black Friday sale though, it was $150 cheaper. Not happy about the slow delivery either, it took over 3 weeks to arrive.”

“Only just received my TV, works well, had trouble connecting to wi fi TV kept saying wrong password but then an hour later it was connected. Seems to be good value. It took nearly two weeks to arrive on gold coast from Sydney.”

“I would describe Appliance Central as quiet, hard working Aussies who got on with the job of cheapest price and free delivery of my Hisense hybrid 300 litre freezer. The delivery guys were very nice and made sure they put on their deodorant because it was all I could smell! Lol. The only thing that bothers me is the chest freezer makes a twanging noise like a guitar string being plucked so I hope it is just a quirk and my freezer isn't plucked!!”
