“Would give 4.5 if I could. Great service, loved how quickly they removed my old washing machine with the new one. Only small problem was that they left quite a mess when they left.”

“Appliance itself is fine. However I left a note at purchase specifying - please call to arrange delivery. I am a school teacher and can’t be home. This was ignored and the delivery was made when I was teaching! I didn’t want the appliance left on the street. Good value but disappointing customer service”

“Great competitive product prices. There is room for improvement in the communication to the Customer from the Sales team members on the ordered Product back orders and the ETA. If Customer doesn't have the communication of when their product is going to arrive, they tend to get worried. I had to follow-up multiple times on the ordered and paid TV. Overall satisfied with Appliance Central. Keep up the good job on the product prices. Will have to wait and see on the after-sales warranty support, if required. Will write a review at a later stage.”

“Great product with great pricing. Friendly communication, but it would be nice if I can get notifications (sms or email) that the item is ready to be picked up instead of needing to call.”

“Service good. The delivery men not so much had to make sure they saw the delivery docket before they would install the washing machine and take the old machine away. In a hurry to get home I guess.”

“Overall pretty happy. Fridge was $800 cheaper compared to other outlets. Delivery wasn't 100% due to a scratch on the top corner.”

“The Breville stand mixer is great. Have made rye bread and pizza dough with ease. Product was dispatched quickly enough by Appliance Central. Only complaint is the courier by Aramex - delivery was incredibly slow (around 6 days in Sydney depot) and when I contacted Aramex to enquire about my parcel's whereabouts, they were not helpful at all and kept saying "wait for the back office to provide delivery updates".”

“Very happy with the deal that Appliance Central offered. Delivery was as promised although the contractors were a bit amateurish. Floor protection should be used if pushing a heavy appliance across a wooden floor.”

“Installation of new washing machine & removal of old washing machine very good. Unfortunately, the packing material of the new washing machine was NOT taken by the delivery team..... this would have made the whole process complete, if it had been removed. Brian - Revesby”

“Ordering online very easy, great prices! & delivery very fast…awesome. EXCEPT for the actual courier who left my appliance sitting where anyone could see it from the road. Luckily I was home early that day! Otherwise I will be ordering from appliance central if requiring any other items, very happy 😊 Thank you”

“The order was despatched promptly and we were kept informed of tracking. The courier company Aramex stated on their tracking app that a signature was required and if not home would be taken to the nearest Post Office. In fact, the order was dropped at my front door without a signature while we were absent for 2 days and the weather was rainy. Please ensure that the courier delivery does not leave electrical appliances at the front door without a signature!”
