“Brought Westinghouse single burner induction stove, price was cheaper among the lot of sellers, product was out of stock and was shipped in one week as mentioned during purchase. Product was shipped promptly as it became available and delivered next day as I live in metro area. Giving only 4 stars as email sent to customer care never got a response. I purchased two year replacement warranty for extra cost, wanted to know if it’s including manufacturer warranty or on top of manufacturer warranty. Still waiting to hear from them after two weeks.”

“Would give 4.5 if I could. Great service, loved how quickly they removed my old washing machine with the new one. Only small problem was that they left quite a mess when they left.”

“Appliance itself is fine. However I left a note at purchase specifying - please call to arrange delivery. I am a school teacher and can’t be home. This was ignored and the delivery was made when I was teaching! I didn’t want the appliance left on the street. Good value but disappointing customer service”

“Great competitive product prices. There is room for improvement in the communication to the Customer from the Sales team members on the ordered Product back orders and the ETA. If Customer doesn't have the communication of when their product is going to arrive, they tend to get worried. I had to follow-up multiple times on the ordered and paid TV. Overall satisfied with Appliance Central. Keep up the good job on the product prices. Will have to wait and see on the after-sales warranty support, if required. Will write a review at a later stage.”
