“The delivery was super quick, within a few days, despite being interstate, which I was very impressed with. However, the delivery supplier was challenging to work with. There wasn’t any notice that the TV had arrived at the local depot and so scheduling it’s delivery was not possible since it was already with a driver. I was told a ticket would be left and then we could reschedule but instead the driver was taking the TV out of the truck and was going to leave in front of the house. It was only cooincidence that my mother in law happened to be driving past and let them in. Otherwise there was no one home all day, and likely the TV would have taken a walk.”

“Product (microwave) was good value and dispatched promptly. It works well. However lost points for the delivery company (Aramex) - terrible. They said they were going to deliver it on a certain day, didn't contact me beforehand (as the Appliance Central website said they would) and then didn't deliver. No card in my letterbox. Their website simply said 'there was a problem'. It mysteriously arrived a week later, again no contact beforehand - sheer luck I was home.”

“The purchase proces went smoothly and the delivery was timely but the delivery process was disappointing. One driver to deliver a 75" Tv - lucky someone was home who was able to help - otherwise, TV would still be on the truck. Cost cutting by Allied Express was disappointing - one poor driver cannot deliver such large appliances”

“Website easy to use, order processed promptly, delivery service was great with the driver calling 10 minutes ahead of delivery. Only negative was the delivery window - 8.30am to 6pm. A morning or afternoon delivery window would be much better.”

“I have bought a Westinghouse fridge last week, their price are competitive, better price than the price quote in Bing Lee store, and the fridge was delivered in two(2) days. The delivery team was great and helpful. They have handled the item with care and gave me useful advice too. I am very happy with my purchasing with them (so far)!”
