“The price was good. It was not easy to navigate the online website to order the item. Not very impressed with the delivery company. The item was not delivered as promised and worst of all,it was left unattended outside my apartment. I was expecting a buzzer to notify me so that I could have the item delivered to my unit. I am over 75 years and certainly could not lift up the heavy item.”

“I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The ordering process was quick and straightforward thanks to the company’s easy-to-navigate website. Shortly after placing my order, I was promptly informed of a potential delivery delay, which I really appreciated. When I followed up by email, I received an immediate response confirming the revised delivery date. I was also given the flexibility to choose a delivery day that suited me, which made the process even more convenient. On the day itself, the delivery driver communicated clearly about his expected arrival time and was extremely accommodating when I let him know that my neighbours would be accepting the delivery on my behalf. Overall, the service was efficient, transparent, and customer-focused. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them to others.”

“Sale was easy and pricing seemed competitive but delivery was a disaster, wasted most of my weekend. Read on if you want to know more…. I was told that I must be there to receive the delivery so waited for the driver for the full 4 hour time window they provided on a Saturday. After the 5th hour I called, no answer, just an email a few mins later stating delivery was pushed to Sunday. New delivery window given for Sunday. Once they were 2 hours late for that one I gave up and went out, only to have the item left at the door by the driver that evening.”
