“Appliance Central is a bona fide company, offering legitimate products at such affordable prices. Our microwave arrived properly packaged, in such a timely fashion (two days after placing the order), in brand new condition and without any damage to the microwave nor the box. All the while, frequent delivery updates as well. Very impressed and highly recommended! Keep up the great work, Appliance Central. Thank you!”

“Very ordindary communication. Numerous phone calls and messages necessary by me to gain delivery which eventually finally occurred 24hrs later with very little notice. No follow up calls from Appliance Central despite my requests for follow up. Would not purchase though them again”

“Received 2 messages for delivery, one early in the morning on the day, and another in about 30 mins before arrival, about enough though not as elaborate as another online appliances company. I bought a fridge of quite big size, requiring removal of the old fridge. Two deliverers did an exceptional job moving the new one in and the old one out, with great care and they're courteous, a job very well done.”

“Dealing with appliance Central was great. However, when the delivery was delivered they threw the box over the fence which is 2 m high and damaged the goods. Thankfully I can fix it and I'm not one to return after it's come all the way. But you should notify your delivery company. If you want photographic evidence, you're more than welcome to contact me at this email.”

“Very happy with the purchase process, it was simple to use the website. Happy with the TV. Negative experience with the delivery company. I only received one SMS to say they had the product but it did not state when it would be arriving and then no other communication from them, I came home and found the TV had been left at my front door .”
