“After a delivery with nothing on the truck, finally recieved my washing machine which was supposedly new in the box. Driver unwraped for me and asked me to sign for delivery. After they left I noticed a dent on the front and Appliance Central making it increadibly difficult to get a refund or exchange.”

“Whisky I am happy with my purchase and the product, the delivery of the item was less than ideal. The only option to select for a delivery upstairs to my apartment was “more than 8 steps”, the two females that arrived were unaware that there was multiple steps let alone 3 floors to go up. With my help the girls agreed to proceed in us manually taking the fridge up, both the girls were awesome and am so glad we were able to install on the day instead of waiting for other delivery drivers who would only be able to come the next day. I was charged an extra $45 to bring up “more than 8 steps” however needed up having to do part of that delivery myself.”
