“I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an issue that occurred during the recent delivery of a washing machine to my apartment. I previously sent an email about this matter but, unfortunately, I have never received a response. During the delivery, the delivery team attempted to drag the washing machine into my apartment, which resulted in a noticeable mark being left on the wooden floor. I have made several attempts to scrub and clean the affected area; however, the mark remains and does not appear to be removable. This damage was caused during the delivery process and is quite visible, which is concerning. I would appreciate acknowledgment of this issue and advice on how it will be addressed.”

“Appliance Central have been extremely helpful to me. The TV arrived 12 days later with crushed box and broken screen. Phoned straight away. They asked me to take pictures which I did and they shipped another one straight away. Appliance Central have bent over backwards to get this sorted for which I am very grateful.”
