“This day and age you shouldn't be selling items that are not in stock. Delivery was fine it was just a week late because after the item was sent a further email was sent saying it was now not in stock. I just don't like how so many companies sell stock they don't have . You either have it or you don't! The product itself is fine Appliance Central could do better.”

“I was absolutely delighted with the purchase of my new Hisense 240L Upright Hybrid Fridge Freezer White HRVF240 through Appliance Central. The price was very competitive and there was no additional charge for delivery or for removal of our old freezer. I was able to select my delivery date and communication from Appliance Central and directly from the delivery driver on the day was excellent. I highly recommend.”

“I purchased a TV for a very competitive price but was very underwhelmed by the lack of (read non existent) communication around delivery. I was directed to the courier website for guidance around tracking, there was no enquiry made about ideal days for delivery. The next thing I know, a phone call. I’m out the front of your house with your TV. Whaaaat?”
