“This store is a scam. I’ve ordered a JBL party box 320 last 27/11/2025 and the carrier here in Qld lost it. In short I haven't received it. Now I need that party box before xmas and of course I didn't received. Now I rang this bloody store and told them that I want to cancel it. But they told me that they need a vorfirmation from allied express carrier. I told it's not my problem anymore. It's between you and them. I asked for refund but until now 24/1/26 they still haven't refunded me.”

“Appliance wasn’t in stock when purchased but it was noted item will be available within 2 weeks (which was clearly outlined at time of purchase). Then received call/email confirming appliance was actually available for delivery within 2 days of purchase. Outstanding result & excellent communication.”

“I had to follow up each time it was annoying not knowing what was happening. and the guy who called to schedule the delivery was kinda rude as I gave him my preferred date, which was the reason for the call. he says to me "let me finish" to then repeat the same day I just suggest. Acted as if I interrupted his sentence. That show lack of customer service manners. Delivery service was great though and the lady who assisted whenever I followed up was great too.”

“I recently purchased a Hisense 5.1.4 soundbar from Appliance Central. After checking pricing from all the usual retailers, who were claiming to have it on special, Appliance Central had the cheapest price and delivery was free. Their website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was very easy. Highly recommend!”
