“We ordered a fridge from Bing Lee Liverpool store, 5 weeks later they said we might have to wait a few more weeks for the fridge. I called Appliance Central, they had the same fridge we wanted in stock and it was cheaper. They delivered the fridge the next day!”

“TV is awesome. Their Tracking device needs a lot of work. Tracking doesn't work at all. I kept viewing the Tracker to see where my new TV was and it was still in the depot, for 4 days. They accepted payment got the TV out of storage and it sat in the depot and didn't move, so imagine My surprise when after viewing the Tracker at 8am on day 4 being told it's still in the depot so I decided to get on with life, then at 9:15 when I'm across town I get a message saying it'll be delivered at 10am, 45 minutes time & could I press a button giving the Driver permission to dump & run with My New TV outside!? So a mad dash back across town I arrived before My TV was delivered I THINK, because it's before 10am but maybe He arrived early and left the New TV outside and now it's been stolen?! I don't know! Then the driver arrives; by Himself. No One to help him unload the TV! Seeing him having trouble & having done this job before I offer a hand, because the delivery guys dropped My last New TV! So unloaded we get to the front door; ME walking backwards; He asks for his signature or photo, I ask if HE can give me a hand just to put the New TV in the Loungeroom? He says NO! I'M NOT ALLOWED INSIDE AND LEFT. Left Me with My New TV in the doorway. The TV is great the Tracking is None Existent and the Drivers Care skills could use a lot of work and a Jockey to help him unload and deliver white goods. But the TV is great! But then they didn't make it only delivered it.”
