“Very pleased with the price, product and delivery time, however the courier you use is questionable They rang the doorbell and left the $1500 TV at the front door without making sure someone was home. Thankfully I was expecting it, so I was home but I didn't get to the door immediately and we're near a main road in a questionable neighbourhood, so lucky it didn't grow legs and walk off”

“At the time of purchase, I realised the microwave was too small for the space I had. I contacted the company straight away to request an exchange, but they refused because the item had been opened. I decided to keep using it, but after a few weeks I discovered it was faulty. The microwave became extremely hot during use and produced a very strong burning smell that spread throughout my kitchen. I am very disappointed with both the quality of the product and the lack of customer service\.”

“Great service delivered very quickly. Shame the PVR is a piece of cr*p. It is beyond my imagination that such a product has made it to market. The user interface is garbage I try to think of something good to say: the text entry screen is very good. But beyond that the functionality of the unit is beyond bad. Fails on so many metrics, doesn't multiplex recordings from same network is unbelievable. Scheduling failures are frequent and erroneous. I have bought several PVR's over the years and didn't expect much from this unit but like I said b4 I really can't believe it was released to the market it is an appalling piece of junk.”

“Slow to respond to support requests. I requested next day delivery which I paid extra for but they still sent it regular delivery which meant it arrived too late. They did refund the extra delivery fee. It no explanation as to why it was not sent correctly.”
