“Appliance Central was very easy to deal with; they dispatched my goods within a day, and Allied delivered them interstate within 2 days. The Price was very competitive, undercutting all of the large competitors. I willdefinately use them again.”

“After doing some online research for a new washing machine, I then looked at prices. Appliance Central was less than anywhere else with a substantial reduction on the recommended selling price. Also delivery was free, installation was included and removal of the old washing machine. I ordered the machine on Monday and used Afterpay as my Amex card was not going through. I lived out of Sydney on the Central Coast and had my machine delivered by Wednesday afternoon. The delivery people kept me informed regarding the time of delivery and messaged me when they were half an hour away. Amazing value and excellent service. I highly recommend Appliance Central.”

“The price was good. It was not easy to navigate the online website to order the item. Not very impressed with the delivery company. The item was not delivered as promised and worst of all,it was left unattended outside my apartment. I was expecting a buzzer to notify me so that I could have the item delivered to my unit. I am over 75 years and certainly could not lift up the heavy item.”

Shortly after placing my order, I was promptly informed of a potential delivery delay, which I really appreciated. When I followed up by email, I received an immediate response confirming the revised delivery date. I was also given the flexibility to choose a delivery day that suited me, which made the process even more convenient. On the day itself, the delivery driver communicated clearly about his expected arrival time and was extremely accommodating when I let him know that my neighbours would be accepting the delivery on my behalf.
