“Excellent experience. The fridge/freezer was in stock at better price than the major retailers with free delivery. Communication from the delivery guys was excellent, keeping me updated with ETA. They unpacked, installed and cleaned up without fuss on what was a wet miserable day. Very happy.”

“Delivery was efficient however disappointed that the TV price reduced by another $250+ the day after we bought. We received a msg to “Buy now as sale ended that night” but a better price again was up the next day. Outside of this issue we would have rated as 5 star.”

“We're not happy with the delivery company. They have promised to call me next day (Saturday or the following monday) to confirm if they could come back on these days to pick up the old washing machine. After numbers of text sent to the delivery guy, we have received no reply from them. Very very upset to this when he have promised but ignor your calls & messages.”

“The Tv and Dryer were well priced and the delivery team were great placing it in the rooms they were going in. The TV was 100 inches so I couldn't move it by myself and they placed it fight in front of where it was going for me to unpack and get organized to put wall brackets on. Very happy”

“Appliance online exceeded my expectations, from the ease of ordering online to the delivery the next day was mind blowing. I was kept updated the whole way from ordering to delivery. I also want to thank Nathan's delivery people, supper efficient and so friendly and caring. They unpacked the dryer, installed, checked it was working and removed the rubbish. I definitely would highly recommend both these company's and will be using them for any items needed.”
