“I cancelled my purchase 19 min. after purchase by emails and one phone call. I was told refund would happen in 4-6 days. I calle agin a few days later and was told refund was comming. It is now quite a few days ago amd mothing has happened.”

“I had ordered a part for my TV from an online store of a big appliance chain and they completely stuffed the order. No communication for a week until I contacted them to find out what was happening. I was able to cancel that order and I ordered the part from Appliance Central instead. Before I ordered, I could actually call Appliance Central on the phone and speak to a great salesperson before I placed the order online. The part arrived before the weekend. Super happy with the service.”

“It was very easy to make my overn purchase online. The details about the product helped me check that I had chosen the correct appliance - re model number, illustration, measurements etc. The payment was easily done with Paypal, and my product promptly dispatched. The transport across Australia was amazinly quick, and i was informed of day and time of delivery. The packaging was secure, safe and appropirate. I congratulate Appliance Central on my excellent buying experience. i cannot praise your product and service enough.”
