They delivered a fridge at the time they said they would, calling an hour before to warn of their arrival, to a hard-tp-reach address, installed it without a problem. “I bought a fridge freezer from Appliance Central. The price was comparable to other places. Delivery was free and able to be organised in less than a week (although they have specific days it's available). They expertly managed to get the very large appliance into my home and into my kitchen with millimeters to spare, with not a single mark on it. They even took my old fridge away for no extra cost.”

“Was really excited to get my brand-new top loader. Delivery people unpackaged it on the road put it unprotected on a trolley and installed it. Excited to use it even though it was unconventional delivery. I noticed three scratches with paint off and the motherboard with controls are all scratched and nonprotected with plastic (Which I peeled off other parts of the machine. ) Since sending photos I have received no thorough response from appliance central in fact I was actually questioned whether the scratches happened on the day of delivery which they definitely did because the photos I have are timestamped . I’m still awaiting a return phone call after lodging another complaint with the company with the store yesterday…,.next is fair trading. I did not purchase a seconds machine. I purchased a brand a new one.”
