“Haven’t receive wash machine as it was damaged on delivery and was returned that was two weeks ago. To date I haven’t received a call to advise me when my washing machine is coming. I have rang 3 time, with each time I was tolled they would call me back and they haven’t. The delivery people were fantastic.”

“The portable CD player looks fantastic. BUT the courier was terrible - instread of putting the box on the sheltered and very private front porch, they dumped the box over the gate into the backyard where it lay on the ground without any protection from the weather on a day when there had already been showers and later had major rain - only found it by luck before it was destroyed.”

“This is the first and last time I will purchase from this retailer. During checkout for the purchase of a wine fridge I ticked the box labelled "connection", assuming that the delivery team would unpack and connect the fridge. They didn't, saying that it wasn't their job. The fridge is now sitting on unprotected carpet in my living room because I can't lift it onto a mat that I had previously purchased. I reported the delivery issue to the retailer but there has been no follow-up. Very disappointing, especially when there is so much competition in the appliance retail space.”
