“Appliance Central are very easy to order from. The order came well packaged once we eventually received it! The courier service they used wasn't very good though. They kept on missing us. It took a couple of times before we finally received it. Other than that, I would recommend Appliance Central.”

“Hi I received my parcel and when I pulled it out of the box I noticed a very large dent on the side and it doesn't look like it's from transport due to the box being in good condition seems like the box has been replaced at the wharehouse at some point which I'm not happy about, I would like to request a refund or a replacement asap thankyou”

“The ordering experience was was well below average, the product I ordered said it was in stock online so I proceeded to make the purchase only to find out that the product was not in stock. I received an email saying the product would be ordered and to wait 3-5 business days for an update, that time had passed and I was not provided with an update until I emailed them and I was advised the product could no longer be ordered. I then asked for a refund to which I was advised would take 5-7 days for processing and when I asked for the refund to be expedited I didn’t even receive a response. I wouldn’t recommend Appliance Central to anyone.”

“Bought a yamaha soundbar transaction went through then the fun started getting it delivered took day off work delivery between 1 and 3pm delivery driver rang at 1pm not getting it today hanged up store struggled to get back to me finally turned up 2 days later Will never buy anything from this mob again PS Thanks I for loosing another customer bought a 85cm tv from THE GOOD GUYS who went out of thier for me”
