“Very happy with the products but not with the card left in mail box by Aramex which is unclear on how to retrieve your goods. Some people would really struggle with the card”

“Found an extremely good price for the TV I was eyeing off during the Black Friday sales, pulled the trigger on it, shipping was free and it arrived in 4 days from interstate. Loving the tv, my next big electrical purchase will be through Appliance Central again, very happy all round.”

“I made a mistake on my purchase so I called up to rectify it. I was told I'd get a call back for the adjustment amount to be paid but never got that call so I called in fear of receiving a product that I didn't want. It got sorted out but I was still anxious till I received the product as I didn't get an email update that the product had been changed over.”

“Shipping was prompt excellent service but delivery by Allied Express was poor! I received a text from them telling me my parcel was being delivered that day, they need to communicate with the customer before sending a text to see if customer will be home. I wasn't home that day so it was delivered onto the doorstep for everybody to see. Parcels are being stolen from properties so from the delivery point of view delivery was poor!”

“Amamex notified 28/11 parcel “ coming today”. Then Amamex notified 3/12 parcel “coming today”- which it did. Why notify me twice & waste my time on 28/11. Otherwise early , correct notifications is much appreciated”
