“The experience was great. I ordered the DeLonghi coffee machine on Sunday afternoon and had it in my house on Thursday. The price was the best one around, even with the $87 postage. Some companies didn't even post out to us, as we live in a regional town. This was not the case with Appliances central. They use Aramex and the delivery was also quick and efficient. Will order from Appliances Central again. Living regionally you don't always have access to everything, but to be able to still order something and have it delivered within 4 days, is amazing. Thanks guys.”

“I had read a number of negative reviews so was a bit hesitant, however my order arrived in Melbourne from Sydney two days after I submitted it. The price was very competitive and shipping free. Couldn't fault the company”

“Were not able to supply the model I ordered but only told me the day before delivery was booked. They talked me into another model. They then put to original model back online for higher cost. Not the way to do business. The model that was delivered is fine just not my first choice”

“After ordering my microwave, I was told it was on back order. Two weeks before it could be delivered. I was kept up to date when it would arrive, and it did. I am very happy with my microwave and also how the delivery was handled. I highly recommend Appliance Central for any appliances that you need.”

“Delivery of items purchased on line took a few months as some items were not in stock. I had to initiate all contact for updates on delivery until items arrived in the store. During phone contact, staff were very helpful and reassuring. Communication in regard to delivery of items was good.”

“The range hood was a good price. Unfortunately, the courier was Aramex and a signature was required. Tracking status indicated the thing got lost then a week after the expected delivery date I got notification it was on board for delivery so I stayed at home to sign. It was actually delivered 2 days later on a Sunday. My advice: change your deliverer!”
