“Although the cooling apparatus appears to work reasonably well, the noise the appliance makes is so loud I can’t hear the TV at its normal volume; by increasing the volume could cause a disturbance with my neighbours on the floor below. I bought this particular model because it very closely resembles another bought by friends some years ago which is much quieter. Please advise if you have something similar that does not make so much disturbance. I would like to return the current model but will await your further advice.”

“Superfast delivery and excellent communications. Definitely the first place to check out. Bought the TCL43C655 TV. So far works ok. Best viewed straight on or thereabouts. Spend a bit of time configuring the different Modes, it will be worth it. Remote is very clicky, not soft buttons. Consider getting an aftermarket soft button remote if you don't have a universal remote.”
