“product was great and the price was awesome. They would have received 5 stars but the transport and delivery was the worst i have ever come across. I spoke to Appliance Central and the carrier and i had zero idea when the delivery would be made, i nearly canceled the order because of the poor process.”

“First time purchase with Appliance Central. I am pleased with the good and the delivery (a little delay after public holiday, but it is alright). The vaccum cleaner and the microwave oven are also cheaper from other shops. ☺️”

“The delivery was atrocious, was supposed to be delivered on the 30 December I was given confirmation of this. When it didn’t come by the afternoon I called and was told that it was now going to come on the 31st. Good bye New Year’s Eve plans. I asked multiple time if it could come in the morning so I could keep my plans it finally arrived at like 5 that night. Then I had to convince the delivery people to bring it in. They said it’s too big and has to stay out the front. Finally they brought it in. I was told the fridge would be installed when I ordered. This definitely didn’t happen. Left the box and rubbish in the drive way. Definitely don’t bother buying from this place. Another lesion in you get what you pay for. The whole experience was terrible.”

“After we paid for this TV I saw it online at Powerland for $16 cheaper!!! Then a bad experience with Aramex who said it was coming yesterday. Stayed home all day but they never came. Delivery was today instead. Would not buy from Appliance Central again based on unreliable home delivery company Aramex they use.”
