“Purchased a Hisense Smart TV and after 5 mins of use the screen was covered in distorted coloured lines making it unusable. Spent a week calling Appliance Central help line and still don't know when, where or who is going to repair. Won't responded to email or call back. Had to ring all week for you to hum and har. Not a great experience!”

“Recently I ordered a LG 77" OLED TV (OLED77CSPSA) & a Panasonic 500L fridge (NR-CW530HVSA). Both items are as advertised & have been working well for the last month. Delivery was well organized for both items and arrived as scheduled. The only issue encountered was some scratches found on the fridge door which is no fault of the seller. They have arranged a replacement with the manufacturer, no dramas encountered. Overall a pleasant purchasing experience, great customer service. Will buy from Appliance Central again in future. Keep up the great work!!”

“Received faulty product. Offered to return or drop off to their chosen repairer. Wanted me to claim under warranty. Panasonic said as new they need to replace. No further communication. Have had to get PayPal involved.”
