“Very happy with the TCL TV that I purchased from Appliance Central. It was dispatched the following day. Was not happy with the courier service (Aramex). Got a tracking message early in the morning, that it was on board for delivery. Stayed home the whole day waiting. It did not arrive. Could not contact anyone at Aramex.It came the following day. A text message explaining that it would not be coming today would have been appreciated. But very happy with the efficiency of Appliance Central.”

“The product was sent promptly and I had no problem at all with Appliance Central. The only problem I did have was with the delivery by Aramex! They could not deliver it within a week when the depot is only 10 minutes away!!! I ended up going over there and picked it up myself! Anyway, that was nothing to do with Appliance Central who did everythong right. I would suggest that they consider an alternative courier sevice though!”

“No nonsense. Efficient. You get what's on the packet. MUCH cheaper than anywhere else--other retailers refused to match. Next day delivery to regional NSW. Good follow up service for a broken fitting (manufacturer's fault). Replacement part arrived within days. Wow.”
