“Heater arrived damaged. I phoned and was asked to send photos, did so and still didn't receive a reply. Called again and was told we would need to repackage it, a courier would collect it and then we would need to wait to receive a replacement heater. I asked if we could receive the replacement and organise pickup at the same time but this was denied, so we would be without the heater for at least 2 weeks. This is a disappointing result and has not been adequately resolved.”

“My only problem was with the delivery company. When the package tracker indicated it would be delivered that day I stayed home to collect. By afternoon I had no contact from the delivery driver, so I checked the tracker again only to find it had been delivered. It was left behind reception but the driver did not buzz my unit. We have been experiencing major problems with theft in our highrise, so I was very lucky that the appliance was still there.”

“The fridge looks fantastic and was delivered on time. The old fridge was taken away. The bonus was that there was no delivery fee and no take away fee for the old fridge. Thanks for the service.”

“Online order is very easy to navigate, let alone very competitive pricing. Only one comment is the delivery - no warning and just turned up and left my TV in front of the lift when the room is only 4 metres away. However, they are subcontractor, nothing to do with the main company.”

“The purchasing process itself was efficient and straightforward, with prompt dispatch and no complications. However, the delivery experience with your logistics partner, ARAMEX, was disappointing and significantly detracted from the overall online shopping journey. On the day of delivery, ARAMEX sent a notification at 8:07 AM, leaving minimal time to make necessary arrangements, especially since a signature was required. Their online rescheduling system failed to function properly, and attempts to resolve the issue via live chat were frustrating, the agent ended the conversation before I could even respond. Worse still, after rescheduling, no further updates were provided apart from a vague message indicating a 48-hour delay. When trying to get more clarity through their website, I was prompted to create an account just to access basic delivery updates. Overall, while your ordering process is seamless, the poor service provided by ARAMEX severely affects the customer experience. I would suggest reevaluating this delivery partnership”
