“We ordered a new washing machine from Appliance Central, for a very competitive price, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. The machine was delivered many days before we thought possible. Communication was first class. Your delivery people are very professional and friendly. It was great waving goodbye to our old machine , which was removed as part of the service, free of charge. I would highly recommend this company.”

“Appliance Central is presumably reliable however I have yet to receive my parcel which was supposed to be here last Thursday. I'm hoping it arrives this week sometime given the ''minor'' delays.”

“The website is fine etc but the freight company used are horrible. Didn’t deliver the package as I was not home to sign. Couldn’t opt to pick package up from other location but after paying $5.50 for redelivery and selecting a day, it delivery wasn’t attempted until a week after the selected day. I have no choice but to pay again and home someone is home, I don’t even have a choice to pikc it up from their depot. Please use a better freight company, purchased a month ago and still have no received my package.”
