“Excellent customer service. I needed to change delivery address and they promptly did that along with notification via email informing me they had changed delivery address and checking I ordered the correct heater. Very professional, next day delivery”

“Delivery came on the day I selected and received a phone call in the morning to tell me the estimated time of delivery. Very efficient and friendly, brought item to my apartment, unpacked and installed, also took old appliance away and carton. Item was exactly as seen on the web site.”

“The delivery was a bit of a nightmare. After taking a day off to be home for the scheduled (and confirmed) delivery, it wasn’t until 3pm that day that I was told the order wasn’t coming. After multiple calls back and forth it was delivered the next day - if I hadn’t pushed, it would’ve been delayed by over a week. Not the greatest experience. Wouldn’t recommend.”

“Product works excellent. The TV is what is expected it to be and price was very good compared to other competitors. But OH BOY, the after sales support is very shocking. I opted to the get TV using GemVisa Interest free and I got charged twice. After many emails, phone calls and over a week after, still no resulution.”
