“Great overall. Good website, choice, price, explanations. Delivery happened within a few days after order. Info on delivery time could be improved: I spend the whole day at home waiting. Also, they do not take back the boxes after delivery. But overall, great!”

“I bought a Samsung QN85A 85 inch TV. The process was good and quick. I'm happy with Appliance Central as they had the cheapest price and the order processing was fairly quick. The email communication/updates were good as well. I only give you four stars because you used Allied Express. This logistic company stressed me out. Communication was bad. 1. They notified me last week on Tuesday that a delivery was scheduled and wait 1-2 days. I replied saying if it can be after 12 as I finish work around that time on that week. No reply. 2. On Friday I received a text at 7:30 am saying delivery is on the way. I was at work already and had no time to organize that day. I phoned from work for a re-schedule on Tuesday ( yesterday). 3. Yesterday been waiting this time and no text no nothing. I phoned them and they said there were no deliveries for yesterday. I replied stating it has been booked/arranged. Lucky I was talking to this helpful rep and said the delivery manager will phone me. He/she did not phone me but then I received a text that I had a delivery so suddenly they had deliveries. Got the TV, it's great, watched a few movies while drinking scotch but please reconsider the logistic company you use.”

“Great service and prompt. The only issue I was uncomfortable the way the large TV was stacked in the back of the delivery truck. It was leaning at a 45 degree angle with light and heavy boxes on it. Very concerned opening the appliance. Luckily it was ok. Some info for you so it doesn't happen to another customer. Can be a costly exercise for Appliance Central.”

“Great product. Only 4 stars given due to miscommunication with delivery - did not get any update on it even though I ordered the item 6 days prior, ended up having to call the day before requested delivery date to check with them before they booked in the delivery. Would be good too to let your customers know your delivery guys are running late - stayed home the whole day waiting for them as the time range given was 8am to 4pm, but they arrived at 4.30pm, and tracking link wasn’t tracking. However, the guys were very professional when they arrived with the goods and installed it properly.”

“Good transaction ub all but one aspect. Paid $55 for delivery - one guy turned up and moving large TVs is not a one-man job. So I paid to help him deliver my TV.”

“Got a TV. Appliance Central had stock where others didn't, and it was the cheapest by far. My order shipped within a couple of days. Lost a star as was told delivery window was between 8am and 4pm. Waited all day and it arrived at almost 6pm. Excellent service though when I called to enquire. Package was secured well in the truck and the boys put it inside for me without hesitation despite the time.”

“Great! Quick, easy, saved $100 over the cheapest comparable retailer and no delivery fee. Next time though give me more notice when the delivery is arriving so I’m not in my PJs! Will buy from you again.”

“Receiving emailed invoice - good Tracking - good - though . . . A bit worrying receiving "Coming Today" message then not have it come ! An updated message would have been good - though we did get another "Coming Today" the following morning, and it DID come ! Thank You.”
