“I had ordered LG washing machine on 30-Dec and they delivered the product the next day itself. The delivery was easily trackable, though the time mentioned on the app was not kept (delayed by considerable time, think it was due to the holiday season). The delivery was smooth although no installation was done, even though while booking I had opted for Delivery, Install and Removal of old appliance. Since the installation was easy after going over LG website wasn't a deal breaker. Happy to return for my next shopping.”

“The fridge came safely and sound at about 9.45PM on the New Year's eve. It was scheduled to come in between 2-5PM. The fridge didn't quite fit to enter my front door. But I told the driver to leave it outside. I managed to get it in later on. I feel sorry for the that he would still working that late on the New Year's eve.”

“The whole process was easy and efficient, except for the delivery. The delivery person did not ring the bell or attempt to call us on our mobile when he arrived. It looked like he was intending to leave the TV on the side of the house. It was fortunate that my wife was returning home at the time when she saw him. I was home waiting for the delivery, and could have easily opened the door for him had he rung the bell or the mobile. This would have been a 5 star review, had the delivery person done better.”

“Just got the tv but haven’t even opened yet. Everything was smooth except the delivery. It would have been great if we could select the time of the delivery or at least only around 2 hours wind gap. I was lucky to have a best friend who came to my house to receive the delivery.”
