“Appliance Central is certainly very very competitive. The product was sent from Sydney to Melbourne within 24 hours but the transport company they used - Hunter Express was not so express and took nearly 7days to arrive. It was not so much about the delay but the poor tracking and lack of support. They wouldn't take any calls and only allowed on line tracking which did not update all that well. Recommend Appliance Central”

“The prices were super competitive, way below major retail outlets, and the stock availability was better than competitors. It was a shame that they don't always have the same cashback deals with brands, but that was the trade-off for me in getting the goods without waiting. Delivery was prompt and efficient.”

“The family is very happy with the TCL purchase with huge savings on a highly rated television...only problem was with the delivery company...once it left the Brisbane depot it took another 2 and a half days to travel 350 km's and with no further tracking information available!”

“No problem with the supplier, just a minor one with the courier. He wanted to leave the TV outside as COVID wouldn’t allow him inside our home. I couldn’t possibly lift it, so reluctantly he pushed it inside the door, which I was great full for. But a bit of common sense with deliveries like that to elderly people should be considered.”

“I must say am VERY impressed with Appliance Central. To be honest, I'd never heard of them before and was a bit dubious about ordering from them for this reason. Their website was easy to navigate and it was extremely easy to order my Gas Heater online. The price was competitive too (I researched this product online before ordering to get the best deal $$$). After ordering, I received a call from one of their Customer Service people before my order was dispatched to check I had ordered the correct Heater for the gas plumbed into my apartment. After the call, the Heater arrived the next day (very efficient). Well done Appliance Central. I'll definitely consider using you again ... and that's coming from a someone who actually works for Australia's leading online home ware company!”
