“We purchased a 32” Samsung TV for a bedroom, good television except you think they would include the screws to attach the legs to the bottom of tv. Unfortunately in lockdown we can’t go out and get screws, pretty frustrating! Have to rest it against a wall hoping it doesn’t smash till bunnings reopens one day and we can buy screws. Should be included. Annoying having to tell kids to not knock it. Let’s home it last till Sydney lockdown is over.”

“Great prices and good products however your courier service lets you down. Was sent a message saying product was to be delivered a certain day but never did. Rang the courier company Aramex to find out what was going on, they said should be the next 24 hours, never did. Rang again and was told that it gets contracted out from a certain depot and that tracking is no longer available from that point. Was basically told that they don't know where it currently is and couldn't get an eta on delivery.”

“We bought a Samsung TV from appliance central. The cost was the lowest among all online and retail stores. I checked on phone about the availability before placing the order. The delivery was smooth. They informed us about the shipment and ETA by email. The item arrived in good condition and we were able to set it up ourselves without needing assistance. The only improvement I can suggest, the delivery truck driver could have called us in advance to be ready.”

“Called to clarify choices and got valuable suggestions. Quick shipping. Good updates shopping the way. However, courier man was not wearing mask during mandatory lockdown period, which posted a high risk to the community and customers.”

“Good price and tv is great. Shipping communication was poor and no indication of when the goods would arrive. Delivery driver left the 75" tv outside the front door and it was just lucky someone was at home to find it.”
