“The Appliance Central pricing and the option for free installation were fantastic. I purchased several white goods for my elderly mother and opted for the free installation. However, the delivery team let us down when they insisted that a plumber was needed to install the washing machine. After they left, I consulted with the building management who informed me that this wasn't the case; the delivery person simply didn't remove the cap, which can be easily removed with a finger. The management suggested that I contact the company if I had paid extra for installation for refund. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to resolve this issue as I had to travel abroad for work for a few weeks. I'm quite disappointed with the outcome.”

“The product description made no reference to the need to hire skilled electricians to connect to a separate switchboard vs plugging into the existing mains. This cost me almost as much as the product itself. When I asked to return the item based on doubling the cost and poor description, I was told yes at my own expense and they would deduct 20% to restock something that hasn't been opened - Disgusting profiteering. I will never buy from these guys again but they wont care.”

“Very happy with Appliance Central! All in time and as promised with the most competitive price! The delivery, from another company, has been a bit of a worry seeing how roughly they handled the 65 Lg TV but luckily it was not damaged! Will certainly buy again from A.C. and recommend it to all people around me.”

“The prices for the products were great and the quality was impressive. However, the delivery service was extremely disappointing. After waiting for a week, the package seemed to be stuck in the same place for over 5 days before it finally moved. When the delivery finally arrived, the delivery person seemed careless and caused damage to the product. It appeared that the parcels were just stacked on top of each other in the delivery van, rather than being properly handled in a truck. I observed the delivery person mishandling our TV and even noticed them banging it against the front door. To add to the frustration, the delivery person had a thick accent and a rather dismissive attitude, which made communication difficult. The entire experience left me feeling incredibly frustrated, and I truly hope that there will be significant improvements in the delivery service.”

“Definitely you do not judge this dishwasher from its cover; it looks small but it can fit a lot of things in one cycle. Love how it opens on its own 5 mins before cycle finishes. We thought initially 'Hygiene' was a cycle for the machine to self clean but its actually a cold (rise) cycle that you're not meant to even use tablet in. And wish we could have the options to turn off the tune/ music at the end of each cycle.”

“My 6 year old 55" LG TV went "black" on me, so I needed to get a replacement, so I shopped around and did some research, and decided on an LG C4, but wasn't sure whether to go up to 65". I wasn't in a hurry to buy, but when Appliance Central replied to my inquiry saying they only had one 65" in stock, I had to get it, there & then. Also, Appliance Central had the best price, and delivery was a lot quicker than most, by weeks. The TV was delivered when they said it would be, and the friendly drivers, carried the TV up into the house for me. All in all, a good experience, and I absolutely love the new TV :)”
