“I haven’t received my product. I tried to contact the courier company to reschedule delivery and had no update after 1 week I am still waiting on response. I have attempted to contact Appliance Central via email on 2 occasions and I have not received a response either and still waiting after 1 week.”

“Very happy with the service but the delivery was not so good as the package was left outside the door in the rain and was not signed by me. I am very happy with my heater though which was recommended by Choice which is the reason I bought it. It is very small but as I live in a very small unit it works well for me as I can move it around.”

“Thank you Appliance Central,the Chef oven I bought was so much cheaper than the same oven elsewhere ,i really want to thank you for your customer service which was excellent and to the delivery people who were really great and took my old oven away ,I will definitely use Appliance Central when buying new appliances ,i love my new oven”

“Appliances delivered at night over 2 hours past window. Delivery people would not unbox and install appliances saying they were not paid by appliances central to do so, despite the website claiming free installation. Good prices at the store but I likely wouldnt order there again”
