“parcel not delivered because no one home but we did not know it was coming. Do not have information on card to arrange re-delivery or pick up from depot. Courier has not replied to phone call. Parcel Connect website very poor and difficult to use.”

“Price is good, ordering is easy but delivery not made on the day it was promised. Given a few hours notice that it would be coming the following day after waiting on the agreed day for it. Ironically you want 24 hours notice if I need to change the delivery day and an additional fee.”
