“Very disappointed I ordered a coffee machine over 3 weeks ago I have made 2 phone calls First consultant said it would be sent in 4 days and I would receive an email would it was despatched ….that was 8 days ago . Second consultant said it was despatched…I haven’t received an email and no coffee machine”

“Great prices but good luck getting any after-sales help if you need it. They ignored multiple emails then when they eventually replied they were the opposite of what you'd expect from a customer support team. I will not be buying from them again. JB HiFi has similar prices and their customer service is a lot better.”

“Purchased the Samsung Q70c 65in TV on a Saturday afternoon. Was about $700 cheaper than some of the big stores. This was delivered first thing Wednesday morning. Speedy service. Will recommend Appliance Central.”

“Paid for the delivery and installation due to house above garage. However the delivery guys just leave the fridge there and didn't plug in the switch. I need to move the fridge out myself again and then plug in. Not sure what I pay for installation means if I have to move things myself again.”

“Super quick delivery of my portable induction cooktop. It is perfect, works like a dream and cooks quickly with out any burning or smoke. “Ordering process was great and products as described but delivery let the whole experience down. Having to constantly chase up, getting conflicting information, having to stay home and wait for 6 hours was very frustrating. I will think twice about ordering form Appliance Central in the future because of this”
