“Very good experience in purchase. I ordered a fridge and found the size could not fit the kitchen. Contacted customer services and asked to change model. All the process of swap model, confirmation of change, delivery and refund the balance were smoothly organized by the centre. I give you 10 out 10.”

“Product itself appears well built and serviceable. Delivery was pathetic. Never came on day promised. 12 hours of staying home to no delivery occurring. Rang appliance central and simply a referral to courier to follow up which never occurred. Compared to Amazon delivery it was pathetic and I would not buy another product from Appliance Central based on delivery experience and delayed time frame from leaving your warehouse to arrival in Adelaide.”

“Appliance Central were good to deal with, and I would buy again from them. And the heater works as advertised. However, the description of the output of the Dimplex heater was borderline misleading- I would guess this is attributable to the manufacturer. The heater is described as being a '1.5kW' heater in advertisements. Problem is that you have to read the manual to learn that the capacity of the heating elements is 1.2 kW; the balance of 300W is drawn by the fan, so the '1.5 kW' of this heater is not comparable with the 1.5 kW of column heaters without fans.”
