“Wow! An online company with exceptional prices and even better customer service and communication. Order a fridge and washer/dryer and was a simple informative ordering process. Then received a phone call to advise that items were ready for dispatch and what a suitable day would be. All confirmed. On delivery day received a call to advise of delivery in the next 1/2 hour. Delivery staff were very helpful and nothing was a problem. Keep up the awesome work!”

“Yet to receive my package - your courier (Aramex) is hopeless despite my contacting them and speaking to their customer service too!! I am very dissatisfied and disappointed - this was not a cheap item too. You have my money and I don’t have my goods.”

“great service and delivery with the courier driver phoning me when he arrived and bringing it up to the 3 rd level via the lift and delivering the T.V to my unit which other couriers do not do.”

“Hisense 65 inch with soundbar are great.products were shipped very quickly. However,the fed ex courier needs to take more care with the packages in the back of the truck..boxes upside down and stuff everywhere..hopefully not damaged by wreckless driver.🤯”

“Everything went smooth, the only reason they don't get 5 stars is due to the delivery service, which doesn't take the package with them when the service is delivery and connection (we asked them and they told us they can't)”
