“They say they have stock but they usually dont and will take forever to get it, without giving any updates. Very poor experience.”

“Unfortunately my parcel was not delivered. It seems that the couriers, Aramex, delivered it to the incorrect address. The Appliance Team have made every effort to find and deliver this parcel. I thank them for that. I still would like my parcel. Is there any way of a reimbursement ? I do need the parcel, and will have to go to a different company for this purchase.”

“Excellent delivery and installation. Excellent removal of old machine. New washing machine works great. But they didn’t take away the packaging which I didn’t realize wasn’t part of the service. My 79 yo mother was not happy about that. It should be clearer on the website”

“Unfortunately I will not used Appliance central again because of their delayed response to my delivery issues and unorganised delivery partner Aramex!! I am still waiting 4 weeks on for my delivery when I am in Sydney approx 35 minutes away from their dispatch!! Not happy at all!”
