“Fridge delivered seriously damaged. Refused delivery but tehe delivery driver refused to take it back stating we use it and they will organise a replacement. Called to confirm while they were still here. Sent through the photos and emailed as requested and are now told can only get a $100 refund for an $1800 damaged fridge that doesn't work properly because we used it. Called a thousand times to follow up. Am advised that soemone will call back which they never do. Will never use Appliance Central again and will recommend everyone avoid it.”

“Ordered a microwave weeks ago only to receive a notification that they don’t have it in stock. No estimation of when it will be restocked, refunds available or any customer service communication. I tried to call and never got through, and no availability to leave a message. Have emailed with no response. Haven’t received my purchase or any communications. Almost feels like a scam.”
