“Overall very happy with my order from Appliance Central - the only negative was that I had to call their customer service line a few times to get updates about a backorder and organise delivery etc as my emails went unanswered for a few days. Not sure if there was a backlog of emails or if there was an issue with them being recieved but a quick phone call sorted it out each time so I'm not too bothered.”

“Purchasing from Appliance Central was a very easy process. The product was very competetively priced, particularly factoring in delivery and installation. I received notifications advising me of the progress of the order. The delivery was a good experience with the delivery person installing for me the washing machine. The delivery person kept me informed of when I could expect the delivery and he did a good job installing the washing machine for me.”

“Left a message in the comments section to please leave at front door as I work 6 days a week. Was delivered but no one home to sign for it. Was then taken back to couriers base. Rang and asked to please re deliver with no signature and it then delivered to a news agent in Caddens, 25-30 minute drive despite numerous post offices/news agents within a 5 min drive. More of an issue with the couriers they use I guess. Should have just driven to JB HIFI in Penrith, 5 min away & only $10 more & not frustrating”
