“My choice of a dishwasher was out of stock twice but I was offered a more expensive one which was delivered quickly. The delivery process was excellent and expertly brought inside my house. Thank you very much.”

“Shopped around at all the usual appliance shops for a microwave. Got home and randomly searched online for the model I wanted. Found it at appliance central online, cheaper than everywhere I went and it had free shipping. Sold me there and then. Will definitely use them again”

“I ordered a TV as a Christmas present. The order was packed and shipped within one day. 100% happy with Appliance Central. Shame Aramex were so slow with the delivery though and they lack any customer service. Anything that is delivered by Aramex always makes me nervous.”

“Estimated delivery date was five days ago and I have still not received the item. Aramex couriers are not reliable and this reflects unfairly on the seller. I ordered this item on the basis of a quick delivery for an event which has now passed so I feel annoyed.”

“I order a fridge and tv in November for delivery just before Christmas. The day of delivery I was notified that they didn't have any stock of the fridge (notwithstanding that there was four of the same fridge in the delivery vehicle). It is now early January with no communication as to when I will now receive the fridge. Extremely poor customer service”
