“Very happy with my purchase but, it would have been better if I was advised on the time of delivery and also I have requested for the old fridge to be taken and it wasn’t as it was full of food and I didn’t know you were coming. Luckily my flatmate was at home and received it”

“Very poor communication, rude staff, uncoordinated delivery. Would highly discourage anyone from buying from this place. We have not had any problem with any other major retailers but have been disappointed with our experience here. Particularly the delivery coordinator, Morgan, was rude and would make false promises without following through.”

“I placed my order 11 days ago, the item still hasn’t got to me and from tracking the delivery it has only moved from the warehouse in Sydney to the depot in Sydney… that’s taken it over a week and I live in Melbourne. I may never see the item at this stage… not happy.”

“I found the website easy to use and within 1hour of ordering my TV, it was picked up by the courier service and shipped to its warehouse to be prepared to deliver to Melbourne. Ordered on Friday afternoon and delivered on Tuesday morning. Good Job and well done.”
