“I found this company on Google and placed my order online as Website was very easy to navigate. Prices very competitive. Confirmation of order was sent promptly by email and estimated time of delivery indicated. Delivery was as promised within 2 days. Purchase was followed up the next day by Appliances Direct team to check service was satisfactory. I cannot fault the service.”

“We bought a tumble dryer from them. It was good value for money and works really well. It came on the delivery date we were given and was well packaged so no damage. We have had to send items back to other retailers as their items were damaged due to poor packaging. We will definitely use this company again.”

“Was a little concerned about the bad reviews but the price of the Bosch oven was much better than other retailers. Ordered the item and received an e-mail stating day of delivery. The driver telephoned an hour before arrival. Can't fault the service.”

“Staff were helpful, informative and not biased towards any particular model. The delivery guys were careful and tidy, finding us quickly thanks to good local knowledge. Appliance registration was painfully slow on the phone, with hindsight I would register online.”
