“The heater seems to work well. However, I was vacuuming today and accidentally pulled the heater by the top rear corner and instantly cut my finger! Both rear corners edges are extremley sharp! As coming from a sheet metal and frabrication background, I was not impressed at all. First thing we were taught was safety and to deburr all sharp rough edges and spot welds so as not cause injury to myself and others!
Poor workmanship! Otherwise you would've received 5 stars. I would only buy again if theses issues are resolved!”

“Absolutely fabulous fire easy to use and looks amazing. However I have to comment on the delivery service, if I had to mark it in stars I would have to give it zero. To just drop a pallet outside the door of two elderly people and say that's as much as he does is ridiculous. My 75 year old husband could barely move the parcel, which obviously was positioned centrally. Had to wait for a good neighbour to help. Shocking delivery service.”

The product you ordered is listed on the website as an oversized item that is delivered on a pallet. Pallet companies are insured for kerbside delivery only. The website makes this clear so customers are aware and can have someone available to accept the order. All pallet deliveries are booked in with the customer so they are aware of the date.

Really throws out some heat instantly, much better than my ancient DeLonghi. Arrived on time then had a query about the appliance, customer service answered quickly; spoke to a really helpful person who was able to help instantly. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.”

The product you ordered was a pallet delivery, which usually takes 3-4 working days to arrive (this delivery time is not guaranteed, unfortunately). Our website states that the courier company will contact you to arrange a suitable date and time for the delivery. We can see that you contacted the delivery company yourself before they would normally make their book in phone call and they arranged delivery with you for the Thursday. Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of their control, the delivery vehicle broke down, which resulted in your order not being delivered on that day. We can see that the delivery took place the following day, Friday, which was the 4th working day after your order was dispatched.
