“Happy with the heater initially there was a problem with actually getting it to work. I was told to take everything outside and hold the gas button down for a whole 5 minutes to prime the gas through which was a bit of a faff but since then it's been perfect”

“The heater is very efficient and warms a room quickly. It’s well designed except for the flimsy plastic rear bottle cover. Ours arrived broken but was quickly replaced, it’s a shame it isn’t a more robust piece of kit made of metal like they used to be?”

“So far so good in regards to the appliance. However the delivery firm used (dpd), big let down. As it was left next to the main road as the driver couldn't be bothered to venture down the drive. It was by chance that I found the parcel before someone walked off with it!”
