Our advisor could see that the tracking showed that the courier was due to deliver your parcel that day. They informed you that they would contact the courier and call you back. “Well stocked website with a prompt dispatch. Only grumble is that the website recommended a hose for the stove purchased that exceeded the recommended length. But I didn't realise this until the stove had arrived. Accurate recommendations for additional pieces of equipment would get you 5 stars.
