“I have refused to accept the heater on delivery because, I did contact Calor Gas to cancel the order.
I have emailed the team informing them of the request to cancel. The said it is too late.
I completed the returns form on the 12th January 2024 and sent it to Returns Department.
I have been waiting to receive the refund and dod email Jonathan I Returns Department. This over a week and they have not responded.

Thank you for your feedback Carol, it is very important to us. We can see that your order had already been dispatched when you requested that we cancel your order. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel it during transit. As you refused the delivery the parcel had to come back to our Warehouse. Once we received it back a refund was processed.

All new heaters must be turned off at the source. You turn off the heater by closing off the gas supply at the regulator.
Older heaters used to be turned off with the control panel, but if you leave the regulator open and the control valve in the heater develops a fault, gas would seep into the room.
With all new heaters, you use the control panel to turn the heater to its minimum setting, then close off the supply from the regulator to turn the heater off.
