I ordered a number of items and unfortunately one of them didn't make it into my parcel. After a couple of emails and enough time for the necessary checks to be carried out in the warehouse, I was issued with a refund which arrived back in my account a day or two later.

“We have just purchased our second catalictic heater from Calor Appliances. The first one is so good and so efficient that we decided to get another as a fall back in case of power cuts.
Although Calor Applicances did not have the same model while other dealers did, we decided to stick with Calor Appliances as the service from them is so good.
The regulator was not like the ones we had years ago, so when we bought the first one we went onto the site and found the video. very helpful. (It was of course obvious once pointed out and we have had no problem since)
