“I have had this type of product in the past, I am pleased with the item. My only issue is the delivery of the product was not what I expected it was left on the floor on the worst day of the week wet through on its side, the driver never attempted knocking or Ringing the bell, not a company I would use”

“The gas fire is great. Its looks very traditional and throws out plenty of heat. My only minor gripe is that it arrived on a pallet and the lorry couldnt get down the lane to the house so i had to go and fetch it by car.
The box that it came in, fitted easily in the boot of the car, so not sure why it was sent strapped to a pallet. (Minor gripe over!)”

The product you ordered is over 30KG in weight so has to be delivered by a pallet courier. Standard couriers cannot deliver items over 30KG.
