“Whilst I'm happy with my heater, I find it difficult to understand why I need to employ a registered gas fitter to attach the gas hose to the unit, and the regulator using a total of two jubilee clips to register my warranty, that service alone would cost more than the heater is worth.
So since I've done it myself I'm now unable to have a warranty on my heater...I find that unusual and unfair.
I'm very dissatisfied and my rating of poor demonstrates that.”

When registering he warranty for a mobile heater, this is not required. you would complete that section of the warranty form with 'Not Applicable'

“Not impressed.
I had 4 cubes (3years old) which you no longer support nor supply gas for so I had to buy more heaters. As I was without heating I ordered 2 heaters (with a 2 day delivery promise on your website) and gas from local supplier.
The gas arrived the following day but I had to chase the delivery of the heaters when they didn’t arrive after after 2 days. I was told there’d been an error in the warehouse and they hadn’t been despatched.
It took 4 working days to receive my order.”

Easy to order and I was kept informed of its order and delivery information which was excellent.
The only recommendation is on the information regarding the fitting of the regulator to the gas bottle this was lacking in the manual saying connect according to the regulator instructions thank goodness for u tube 😂”
