“Phoned to enquire about the availability of a Calor Gas Fire, the chap I spoke to was very helpful informing me that they had over a hundred in stock and that if I ordered by mid-day on that Thursday I would receive the fire by Monday at the latest possibly even the Saturday if lucky. Filled with hope I did order by midday Thursday but unfortunately, the item didn't arrive till the following Wednesday, which of course was a disappointment.
Overall though the service was very good, it was delivered on time, specified by the courier, and it was well packaged. The one missing star was for the wait when I was initially told that it would arrive on Monday if ordered by midday, as advertised.”
