I had a fridge delivered for my elderly mum today. Fridge was organised for delivery within 24 hours, unknown to me my mother also had a doctors appointment. I rang them up in the morning and easily changed the delivery time. When they arrived there was equipment, tools etc blocking the entry from the garage. The delivery men were amazing, made room to bring the fridge, ensured my mother rested and absolutely amazing service. The entire experience was quick and easy but the customer service from the delivery team would ensure I bought again, cannot thank them enough, this is customer experience that is priceless. Thank you so much.

Really not sure what's with all the bad reviews here, on every other review site they're a 5 star company. Ordering was painless, the price was $150 lower than the big box retailers, and my air conditioner was delivered the very next day. I'll have no problem shopping with them again.

Cannot fault my experience with Appliances Online. Saved myself $60.00 on the product (on the closest next lowest price I could find), plus free delivery and, received my item literally 10 hours after ordering!! Then, the delivery team went above and beyond calling me and making sure my package was left in a safe and secure location at my place of work as it was before business hours. We have not yet installed the item but upon first look - it looks to be all good as well.

I ordered my fridge on Monday afternoon, delivered Tuesday morning. Noticed a tiny dimple on one of the doors. The door was replaced the next day, honestly!! The delivers/installers were very professional and helpful. Seriously for me it was 5 star service and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Five star. . and another five. I will never shop anywhere else for electricals. The best price, easy to order, delivery on time and friendly guys who unpacked and set up my freezer. Thank you ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

The delivery teams were on time & helpful. They even helped me a bit with the disconnect old machine/ install new machine. They also removed the old machines & new machine packaging as requested.

Shipping was excellent with my goods arriving the next day. I was so impressed. However when realising that what I had bought was not suitable I was incredibly frustrated to find out that they DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. They only offer a store credits (less 20%) which for an online retail is terrible. It means I would not buy from them again whereas if they had a good returns policy I could have become a good customer. Not right.

First time I have used this company. I was impressed that my small parcel was delivered the next day, but wild that it was NOT WRAPPED. This was our fathers day present. Imagine my husband coming home at 3.30pm to find a pair of brand new headphones on the doorstep. They had a simple label on the bottom and nothing else. When i rang to complain they did not understand why I was so upset. My 7 year old daughter was going to give these to her dad as a Fathers Day present. In my experience of online shopping i have never had a parcel turn up without being wrapped. Customer Service said to me "why didn't you ring up and ask for it to be wrapped"? How ridiculous, I expect it to be wrapped. I'm just so disappointed, I can hardly write the words because our Fathers Day is ruined. I'm so angry. Unfortunately, when i rang to complain "they did not know what i was so upset about". Surely someone is going to take this feedback on board and do one of two very important things. 1. Put it on your website that you do not wrap small packages because they are delivered by your own drivers. 2. Put a tick box on the website if you want your parcel wrapped. Thanks Appliances Online for ruining our dad's special day.

Terrible dishwasher installation service that I paid $205 extra for.Door had to be forced shut ( scrapping on kitchen cabinet).Their excuse was that the bench opening was too small.The Iโ€™m only the delivery guy said to ring up if I wasnโ€™t happy.After they left I checked the level and it was out. I fixed it myself( thanks YouTube) and reattached some floor moulding which they refused to do(we donโ€™t have any tools). My email to customer service still unanswered after more than 2 days. AVOID APPLIANCES ONLINE.

Used to be great..now? Not so much. I've been waiting for 5 weeks for a delivery only to have them call me on the delivery date and delay yet again. I've cancelled my order..lost me as a customer (who used to be a big fan.) Avoid.

Ordinary customer service, placed order, no contact after two weeks, got in contact with Customer Service, told my item was not in stock, wait time another 4 weeks. Refunded in two days???

Like some other reviews here, after many years of buying products from AOL, now the first time we ask for support for a defective BBQ, we are endlessly buck-passed and avoided. Again this would appear contrary to Australian consumer law and although we asked for a refund, we got nowhere, instead being deflected to the wholesaler & who aslo has done litttle. Buyer beware. AOL's 'customer support' is completely worthless in our experience.

Ordered a fridge. The first one came dented so they said they would send another one the following tuesday. The delivery driver walked up the stairs and said it wouldn't be a problem getting it up. The following week the delivery driver said he would have to organise a 4 man team to bring it up. So delayed another two days. Had to take 3 days off work - no compensation or offer of a discount or voucher. Just glad my old fridge hadn't completely broken down. Just disappointing all round.

What a total scam this lot are - order a fridge with a 6 week lead time due to it being shipped from manufacturing location. 2 days prior to agreed delivery date get a call saying no longer manufactured and I can buy a different brand stocked locally. You reckon they find out 2 days before delivery its not coming.

UNBELIEVABLE and i have been an extremely loyal customer that has been raving about how great they are for years- this time, there was something extra that needed to be done. Have called, emailed, written on their main website. We have had NO contact from them whatsoever, no washing machine and clearly no interest in follow up. Beyond poor service and bitterly disappointed by the experience as they have been so wonderful in the past

Disgraceful from start and, still going. I've waited over two months for delivery. Online chat and call centre useless. Every person you speak/chat with gives you different answers. Very disappointed and certainly don't put customers first. (customers keep you in a job! You seem to forget that) l don't recommend Appliances Online. I'd rather pay more at one of the many competitor's stores than buy from here again. You assured me item has been posted..aussie post has no record item has been posted. Ordered oven at the end of November. Could not install until 5/1/23. They cancelled that morning.
