“AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE - ORDERED A WALK IN SHOWER AND TRAY, AND PAID FOR EXPRESS DELIVERY 1-3 DAYS. NOW 12 DAYS LATER AND IT STILL HASNT ARRIVED. I HAVE RUNG AT LEAST 6 TIMES TO BE TOLD IT IS WITH THE COURIER, AND THEN WAS TOLD THE COURIER HAD SMASHED THE SCREEN BUT IT WOULD BE REORDERED AND THEY TRAY WOULD COME NEXT DAY. HEY GUESS WHAT - NOTHING ARRIVED. I HAVE RUNG TWICE TODAY AND HAVE NOW REQUESTED A REFUND. THIS WILL APPARENTLY TAKE 5 WORKNG DAYS................ I DONT HOLD OUT ANY HOPE OF THIS HAPPENING AS THEY ARE FULL OF S**T. BANK ARE TAKING THE MATTER FURTHER UNDER THE 'CHARGEBACK SCHEME'

“They sent the wrong products which we didn’t know were wrong until they were fitted and we could see the difference. They refused to rectify the situation.
There were parts missing from the order and again 3 weeks later and nothing has been delivered. Customer services are reluctant to speak on the phone. Absolutely appalling service and company.”

I Ordered from this company and had to chase them up 3 times to organise a delivery, (alarm bells rang then!), took the day off work to stay in for delvery, items were missing contacted Customer Service and the service I got was appalling, the attitude was downright rude he couldn't have cared less, I was then told they would be delivered by DPD on a specific day, again another day off for this, to receive a txt on the day of supposed delivery to say it would be delivered the next day, contacted them again and again they couldn't have cared less. Asked to speak with manager but surprise surprise they weren't available. I will be taking it to the Director of the company.
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering I usually order from a company called Soak who are fantastic but they didn't stock a particular item so instead of ordering from 2 companies to prevent different delivery days I gave all my business to Aquabliss which was my biggest regret. Please be very wary before ordering from this company.”
“Dreadful company. Paid an extra £45 for guaranteed next day delivery. Phone to ensure all items were in stock. Half the order was not delivered! Asked for a refund of my “next day” delivery charge, the company have not replied once to any of my requests.
This company are unreliable, dishonest and untrustworthy. Avoid like the plague.”

Once the penny dropped that they will tell you anything to get you off the phone, we told our bank what was happening and they got our money refunded. Aquabliss couldn’t have cared less. Steer clear.”

If I could give lower than 1 star I would. The product we ordered was faulty. I was told jay the product hadn’t been stored correctly, even though it had been, according to the manufacturers advice. I phoned customer services and asked a sales advisor how to store the shower tray - flat she advised, as it had been stored. I recorded this conversation and sent it to the guy saying it was stored I correctly. He then said he agreed the item had been stor d correctly and I could arrange for postage of the 1600x900 shower tray. I explained that consumer rights act states I have to make a faulty product available for collection. They have now come back and said I need to send more photos of the faulty product, as the manufacturer (one of the biggest in the uk... so?) has never known this before... WTAF??? Aquabliss are a bunch of cowboys and I will NEVER consider ordering from them again.”

If I could give 0 stars I would...experienced pretty much the same standard of (non) service as the other customers on here...I've been waiting over a month for my goods, no communication and ridiculous excuses on the rare occasion we have. “Wish I had read the previous complaints before ordering a bath for my customers .I ordered a l shape shower bath , when it turned up the bath panel was cracked I phoned and was told to send a pic which I did , I was then told the next day of I could stand back from the panel and take another , explaining that I had already left site and it was 25 miles away I was told they won't do anything until I take another pic . I traveled back to take further pic only to find that the actual panel doesn't actually for the bath properly , it's to big . I phoned emailed again and again and again never got a call back and was told the panel is correct and should sit under the bath by a few mm, which ok I can understand but the panel is to big and will sit out from the side of the bath by 15mm . Useless useless company my only hope lays with PayPal now don't not deal with you can get cheaper and better elsewhere trust me I fit bath rooms for a living. been informed by aquabliss 5 days ago that that bath panel they supplied is in fact incorrect but still have not had a new one delivered

“I have ordered a radiator next day delivery. 3 weeks later still nothing has been delivered. more than 5 calls, many emails later still nothing. we are just being told yes it will come tomorrow.....nothing. I find it extremely frustrated that they just say tomorrow but nothing happens. opening hours are so limited that it is hard to follow up when you are a full-time working person. avoid to order anything here.”

Ordered shower screen for express delivery but took over a week to arrive! Must have been damaged in transit as when fitted it exploded and cut person to bits! Company did not even comment let alone help or do anything about it! Had to pay to return it and still no refund! Also the shower tray which hadn’t been used damaged as well and that cost us another £400 plus to replace!”
“Disgraceful, unprofessional company with a horrible customer service. Paid almost £40 for next day delivery. No disptach confirmation, no tracking number provided. Contacted the company and got nothing but lies. Was promised next day delivery and was disappointed again. This time it was item damaged in transit and apparently it was the last unit. Just lies and more lies. Called them around 5 times and was promised a call back within minutes and on every single occasion had to call back after waiting for hours.
In the end I cancelled the order and was promised immediate and full refund. Guess what, that did not happen as well. Luckily I paid via PayPal, so was able to open a case and got my money back.
Avoid like a plague. Companies like these should not be allowed to trade.”
