“I ordered a shower tray which was faulty when I spoke to Aquabliss they were difficult and customer service was appalling! With perseverance a new tray was delivered but I was charged for the collection of the faulty tray. I have tried to resolve this on numerous occasions and even wrote to the company directors but never received a response. Yes the shower tray I have now is excellent but I had to fight for it! So be prepared if you do use this company!”
“Placed an order with Aquabliss and paid in full including express delivery, got email saying order complete and being sorted for fast dispatch then no other reply. I called to ask when the oreder would be delvered but there help was lame. Order arriaved late and incomplete so called again and was told the corriers had lost part of the order, then told I would receive the remaining order by the end of the week. Was also told I would get postage fee refunded, this has never happened yet. Got remaining order on the Friday (a week late) but still no refund.
The wrong fixings came with the tolilet pack, it was the wrong tray for the shower enclosure and the tray is of poor quality but no offer to resolve these issues?
Be very carfule if you use this company and read reviews about them first, there are lost of reviews and more than 75% are bad.
I will not be using them againg, I am a plumber and have been in buiness for over 20 years so know a crap supplier when I come across one and this is definatly one. Buy at your own risk.”
“I almost gave them a 2 star but feel this is generous. I think if you don't experience a problem early o then you'll probably rate them high based on price. I read similar comments and figured it was a 50:50 chance. Sadly I was unlucky. We ordered a walk in shower one Thursday evening and paid for 3 day delivery as we were going on holiday and wanted the plumber to install before we returned. On the following Tuesday I called to see if it was out for delivery. I was told it was dispatched on the previous Friday and to expect it Wednesday. It turns out this was me being fobbed off. On Wednesday and no delivery I called again and was told they would investigate and call me back. No phone call. I called again on Thursday to be told the tray was damaged and they would send another. As we were going away the following evening (Friday) I asked to be called again on Friday for reassurance it would be delivered on Monday as I would have to arrange for my plumber to take delivery. Surprise, surprise no phone call. I called and again was told the tray was not in stock so they will call me Monday. No phone call, so I now had to make calls from abroad on the Monday. Still no tray, I asked to be called as I was now abroad. Same again Tuesday (getting bored yet....?) Finally on Wednesday I called and they said it was out for delivery, almost 2 weeks after ordering. I asked for refund of delivery charges but am yet to receive this.
Was the low cost worth the hassle? I think if I wasn't in any rush, I may (may!) use them but otherwise, I'll avoid.”
“Ordered and paid for a shower enclosure and heard nothing. Given a final date when I contacted them, but this came and went. Upon asking for a refund I have heard nothing and am now awaiting dispute resolution via PayPal as they haven't responded at all to 4 requests for a refund. Oh how I wish I'd read the reviews before parting with my money. I'm out of pocket and PayPal resolution can take 30 days, apparently. Avoid this company like the plague.”
“Absolutely shocking. Will NEVER use this company again. Spent over £1600. They missed so many things in the delivery, took 4 goes. And they charged me for this. The quality of their stuff is not good. I was so disappointed. Please be warned. I cannot reiterate enough how bad they are. Their customer service team are the worst I have ever dealt with. “Do not deal with this company, tried doing an exchange with them for item. Their courier service damaged it and I had to then get the item elsewhere. But they then said they wouldn't collect the first item. Bunch of cowboys, just take your money and run. I am now taking it further and suggest you all stay away. 0 if I could have, their staff are ignorant and horrible attitude too.”

I had to jump through hoops to get them to send me one including sending photos to show I hadn't received it. The person I spoke to was insistent on this even though I pointed out I couldn't photograph something I didn't have. It took 8 phone calls and several e mails ( including a photo of my table with nothing on it ) to get the item sent. I am still trying to get the refund of £182.25 they also owe me. They have told by both phone and e mail this has been actioned 7 times now. Then when it hasn't appeared and I re-contact them , they apologise and say they will action it . I have been owed this since 26 June. I will say the delivery driver was extremely helpful , the items were well packed and arrived quickly and are very nice. However I would never use this company again or recommend them due to their appalling customer service.”

“After receiving my shower enclosure on 3rd July 2017, I contacted them to notify I had been sent a shower tray with the waste in a different position I asked for and also one of the wall posts required to install the panels was missing.
I was told the correct tray would be replaced and I would receive the missing wall post.
It never came.
Spoke to someone on Monday 10th July who assured me I would have it by the end of the week.
It is now 14th July and there's still no sign of it.
These people don't seem to care once they have your money.”
“Absolute Rubbish, AVOID THIS COMPANY
Ordered 2 basins from Aquabliss, waited a week before called them to follow up.. turns out payment did not go through when details were taken over the phone but instead of notifying me... they just left it.. everyone deserves a second chance right? So I made sure payment had gone through this time before waiting another week.
Called to follow up and apparently their delivery truck broke down and as it was friday (conveniently) it will have to be Tuesday or Wednesday, Waited until Wednesday morning to call and they said they will chase... 5 hours later and many more calls.... they tell me the delivery has smashed the basins (just before 17:00 which was conveniently their closing time) Was assured by Their manager that it will be replaced on Friday (2 more days of waiting)
Called this morning (Friday) to make sure delivery is on track... 2 more hours of waiting.... and they said their delivery company has smashed another 2 (I lost my sh$t then) and asked me to wait for it to re-deliver....
Stay away... find a company who cares about their customers and their services they provide...”
“The most unhelpful person on the phone, they promised to call me first thing in the morning about the delivery time slot, I had to call because they forgot. I never received the email confirmation of the additional items I orders, in site of asking three times. The delivery is late and no further information has been provided. I have asked for the manager and told they will leave a note for him to call me back. Very unprofessional overall, would not recommend even if the price is good it is not worth it.”
