Awful customer service, no returning off calls. Fed a constant stream of lies with regards to the despatch date. Ensure you contact them constantly via despatch date and keep chasing as originally I was told it was despatched in the 18th, called again on the 25th and was told it wasn't.

Worst Customer service - don't do anything about the customer. Very good when selling but if anything go wrong - don't expect that they will do anything about you! Horrible customer service.

Customer service Zero had to chase this company several times and promised that they would phone back still waiting not interested once they have your money have renovated 2 properties and used Victoria plumb not a single problem with them have another 2 properties left to renovate will NEVER use AQUA BLISS again and also the courier company they use are also a shambles stay clear of this company you have been Warned

Avoid this company like the plague! Shower enclosure delivered a week late in first instance, with missing part. Have now been waiting two weeks for the part. Customer seevices lied to me repeatably to say it will be delivered. Have now wasted four days waiting in for it, plus ten phone calls.do not use!!!

DO NOT buy from this company. Purchased frameless shower door which looked lovely on arrival. However our experienced builder had problems fitting it, i.e. water kept coming out at the bottom of the door despite being fitted as per poor instructions. Contacted Aquabliss for advice. Put through to their supposed technical department. Waste of time! I asked they liaise with our builder direct to resolve issue. They requested we email details of the problem and they would respond via email. Total waste of time. Our builder tried ringing them but could never get to speak with anyone as no one was ever available. Totally unhelpful and obviously mickey mouse company.

What should have been a simple order of a shower tray with standard delivery, turned out to be a waste of time. I placed the order on a Sunday and then awaited delivery instructions from the courier company as per the conformation email. After 5 days I called to ask when the delivery would be arranged and told to wait for a response from the courier company (no reply). Next day (9am) I called to ask for some information on delivery, as I am now holding up the installation of the bathroom fitters. I was told they would call me back, which never happened. Next day I called to be told the item was delayed for another week. After speaking to the drip on the end of the phone, who was no help and had no idea on what a situation I am now in, holding up bathroom fitters, delaying tilers and other trades. I told him to cancel the order. In short save yourself the time and effort spend the extra money on using a better online bathroom supplier.

Im The owner of a bathroom fitting company, I found Aquabliss a few months ago and started using them for unusual shower tray sizes as they sell almost any size. However my first order went smoothly. My second order was a complete disaster and set the job miles back. Firstly Tony one of their employees. promised me my shower tray and shower screen would arrive on the Monday we were due to start the job. This didn't happen. and call after call the days went on and promises were made and never happend. in the end the shower tray and screen turned up on the Thursday/ Friday days later than i needed them. and guess what the shower tray was damaged. meaning i had to drive to pick one up from another manufacturer. the following Wednesday and i finally get chance to get in touch with Aquabliss after rushing to complete my customers bathroom almost a week late. and Aquabliss (Tony) gave me apauing attitude, accusing me of damaging the shower tray myself. why hadn't i contacted sooner? WHY because your company put me so far behind that i had to work day and night to finish my customers job for Christmas. PLEASE DO NOT USE. Its now February and i still haven't had a refund. they ignore your emails and then when on the phone make promises and never get back in touch. Main Excuse ( we need to speak to the manufacturer see what they want to do) I do not accept this. I did not Buy from the manufacturer. I Bought from you (Aquabliss) Please people do not use this company.

I bought a vanity unit it come damaged I called aquabliess to tell them and they said I should've checked the item before the driver left they then said to take pictures of the item which I done then emailed me back and said they want pictures of the outside of the box which I done they then said I have to return it and my cost to them, I asked to speak to the manager for about two weeks and funny enough they say he's busy on every call I've made to them this has been the worst experience of my life buying from aqaubliss the customer service that I recived was absolutely horrendous you will see for yourself if you're stupid enough to buy from them i've paid for the item on my credit card so I called my credit card company to tell them THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY TOLD ME TO PUT A CHARGE BACK IN TO GET A REFUND WHICH I DID AND I RECIVED MY REFUND THAT WAY and they did not have the decency to come and pick up the damage item which I have now put in the bin

Well I posted 3 months ago re the easy clean glass and kit. Eventually I went to my Credit Card company who upheld the complaint against them. My fitters are nearly finished fitting and it has been problematic all along. The high flow waste that was supplied did not tighten properly and my plumber said it was not safe to use. We bought a new one and I did not even bother to contact the company. However we had bought the Sevilla 900 shower cubicle. They supplied it and the quadrant tray. The quadrant tray was fitted according to instructions and the tiles were tiled down onto it as is best practice. BUT the shower cubicle does not go on the base. It has NO tolerance built in to allow for tiles and the only way it can be fitted is for the quadrant to be incorrectly fitted which makes it a hazard re leaks. You can guess the rest - it is all my plumbers fault!!!! They sold me a cubicle and tray that were incompatible and I have to buy a new shower now. I am out of pocket around £250 and have to decide whether to put a County Court writ on them. I will also try the credit company again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a shower tray. When bathroom fitter took the packaging off to fit it (a few days later), it had a crack right through the bottom of it and was unusable. We have spent all day talking to Aquabliss and have emailed them photographs of the crack. They are not interested (and rude). They refuse to refund the money and have said they will replace the product - but only if we pay for the replacement (having already paid for the cracked one)!! We have given up and ordered one from elsewhere but are left with a cracked, unusable shower tray to dispose of and £120 out of pocket. They are rip-off merchants who know exactly what they are doing and should be avoided like the plague.

Had nothing but trouble with this company ordered a whole new bathroom suit was told a date it would come but only the shower came I had to ring 7 times over a space of a week to be told eveyte it was going to come but they ok another week they blamed the courier(hale kind) and when I ddi get the rest it was all wrong so I had to ring to tell them I wanted a refund to be told I would have to pay 35.00 to get it picked back up again !! Which I did as I needed my money back then I had to chase them for a month for my money to only then get half they have said they haven't recived some of the toilet they have said that halwkins never gave it to them and when Iv spoke to them they said they haven't got it, so I'm no 135.00out of pocket there company have no good customer service the worst company Iv ever used do not use !!!

Heated towel rail arrived extremely late without warning. The rail was damaged on arrival. I had to arrange my own return and to date I am still awaiting my refund for a product that was returned 4 months ago. I would never recommend using this company! I'm about to report this company.

Absolutely awful company to deal with. Three times our order didn't arrive on the day is was supposed to, and on two of those occasions we weren't given the decency of a phone call informing us. After the third failed attempt we decided to cancel our order which then lead us to a week long battle to actually get a refund. Eventually found someone who was half competent or could be bothered to get things done. Avoid at all costs

I ordered an illuminated bathroom mirror and paid for speedy delivery . The mirror went missing so they sent another one which was faulty . They said they would send another one which did not arrive . My bathroom fitters said they could fit the faulty one and it wouldn't notice . Aqua bliss said they would refund 20 per cent of the purchase price and the cost of the speedy delivery . Not happened . 3 months of countless emails and phone calls and still no refund just stress , frustration and being fobbed off . DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS !!!!

Before ordering a bespoke cast iron radiator I checked with the company the lead time on the product and was told it would be 2-3 weeks maximum. This was confirmed through email . Ordered the radiator and 4 weeks past heard nothing, chased and chased the company and was told "oh it's just been delivered today to ourselves we will dispatch it next day courier at no extra charge" Great I thought a company that liked to help, well how wrong was I. Another week passed wrong them again an was told its been with the courier for days now so they will ring the courier to find out. Yet again the promise of a return call broker. Next day I ring and get told it's still in manufacture, ask for a refund and get more lies. Fighting for a refund for over a week now over 20 calls later and getting nowhere had to involve PayPal who have confirmed I will receive a full refund. Do not use this company unless you like to deal with liars and thieves !!!!!!!

I ordered a bath and waste from acquabliss. I ordered a shower bath and Acquabliss offered the smallest I could find. I ordered and paid and it duly arrived. It was extremely flimsy and I thought it unfit for frequent use. I decided to return it and contacted Acquabliss about my intention. The bath was sent through parcel to go and fully insured. I received notification of delivery from parcel to go (via Parcel Force). I have contacted the company and they asked me to send confirmation of delivery which I did. Next contact - on a queue no contact, next attempt at contact no reply. Order number 100040486 Item SKU5RLITENX12WH -Received by M Gibson on 28/10/2016 at 11.09

Like other people on this site, I paid for Express Delivery but did not receive my goods within the agreed time. When they finally did arrive (after a day of phone calls from me to the company and to the courier) the bath panel was missing, with no explanation of why, neither had a been informed of this during any of my calls to the company, that day. I was told by e-mail that they would look into the non delivery of the bath panel (which I no longer wanted) but have had no further information from them. I did receive a refund for the bath panel plus £5, which is supposed to be the Express delivery part of the delivery charges but quite honestly not one member of staff I spoke has offered me what I think of as customer service. I most definitely would not use this company ever again: the online ordering process was easy but everything else was very, very difficult!

DO NOT USE - 8 WEEKS OF HELL 19th Aug Placed order as per attached 22nd Aug Delivery due this week, driver would call first to arrange 30th Aug Email was sent due to the fact we had not had any notification of deliver 31st Aug Delivery showed up with no prior notification. It was immediately apparent that shower tray was wrong 1st Sep Called to advise wrong item delivered. At first this was denied until they had listened to the original phone message placing the order 3rd Sep Emailed with picture to show wrong item delivered 8th Sep Received email from Hawkins Logistics stating that delivery would be the evening of the 14th Sep between 1900 and 2100hrs 14th Sep Driver called morning of the 14th to state he was on his way. As he was not expected then there was no one and he couldn’t come back at night 16th Sep Driver delivered early morning as arranged. Unfortunately this was also the wrong tray 21st Sep Another delivery arranged, also wrong 22nd Sep We were offered a shorter tray as it was now becoming apparent that what we wanted wasn’t available. A tray like the one we thought was part of the set was available online but in order to obtain we had to pay an extra £62. As time was now crucial we did this. Delivery was due 28/29th Sep 28th Sep We called for an update and was informed that delivery was going to be the 30th. As we were away we arranged a relative to take delivery and passed on their details 3rd Oct Called again as still no delivery. Was advised it would be 4/5th Oct 5th Oct Called again and was told it would be the 7th. Aquabliss were blaming delivery company and told me I should talk to them but that it had gone 5pm and I wouldn’t get them until the morning 6th Oct Called delivery company who told me that they had received the item for delivery the previous afternoon. I explained that contact details should again be myself and not my relative. They however knew nothing of my relatives details. They would next be in the area 10/11th but would mark as urgent 7th Oct Received email from transport company to say they would deliver between 1600 and 1800hrs on the 8th 8th Oct Driver turned up at 0900hrs. for the 4th time the wrong item was delivered. 10th Oct Cancelled order, contacted credit card to pull payment. Ordered another tray 12th Oct Without warning another tray arrived and was the correct one It has now become apparent that this company should not be trading as it cannot fulfil what is advertised on their website and in addition are totally incompetent and have simply lied throughout. We have now had to rearrange plumber and skip on three occasions and they simply couldnt give a damn!

Paid for express delivery and 2 2 weeks on we have still not received the shower tray we ordered. Customer service useless, rang numerous times chasing delivery but no one ever called us back. Apparently first tray that tried to be delivered got damaged in transit but no one ever called to tell us this. Email also sent and no had no reply. Have had to cancel the order and now awaiting a refund. Ordered elsewhere. Would not recommend this company!
