where do i begin? ordered items for full bathroom suite at a cost of £835 including next day (26/4/19) delivery, most of the items were delivered however the panel for the shower was missing when we contacted the company, we were told that it had been damaged in transit and they were not aware until now. they promised to send a replacement out the following day, no replacement, after numerous phone calls, emails and letters to the directors, still no glass, on at least 5 occasions the item had been allegedly damaged by the courier. when it got to the stage where i could not speak to anyone due to a technical fault with the phones, i continued via email, sometimes i would get a response and sometimes not. they eventually offered £117 because they had not supplied the glass needed for the shower, this was supposed to have been within 1-5 days. that was 3 weeks ago. received an email yesterday saying that it would be 90 days before i could get a refund, i contacted my bank as they suggested, although i paid by debit card, my bank have today, paid the money into my account and they will recover from Aquashit!! i have had to buy a whole new shower enclosure which has cost £300 plus i have now got to pay for the other part to be removed and the new one fitted. this sham of a company have caused so much stress and sleepless nights and i do hope that they have gone out of business so others don't encounter what we and others have. Shocking company and liars.

Avoid at all costs! They cancelled my order on me after 6 weeks of their broken promises. They said they would return my money to my card in 1-5 days but nothing after 10 days. Luckily I paid on credit card so my funds are protected but they are £467 richer for their lying.

Prior to purchasing the item on 12th June, the website stated 3~5 working days for delivery. Tried to confirm delivery date on 14th and was advised 19th. Waited in. After payment made a courrier email stated 3~7 days not matching the website. The item was needed urgently. On 19th.... nothing arrived. On phone i was advised delivery between 20~24th June. Nothing arrived up to 24th. Phone lines had failed but webchat message,l from me then eventual call back confirmed delivery on 25th. 06:00am on 25th i recieved an email stating item was damaged loading at courriers. Contractor needed item bu 26th and so i had to source locally. Aquabliss promised refund 26th June and 3rd July. I had to get Paypal to recover the money on my behalf after many stressful calls to broken phonelines and webchat attempts. 15th July i finally gpt my £400 back after the promise of a refund on 26th June. Staff you do eventually speak to are polite but not empowered to deliver any customer service. The similarities in excuses they have given to others shared in reviews here mean they are either operating a scam in hoping some will not persue recovery of refunds or they are just plain incompetent.... so either way just avoid. Im embarrassed i used them in the first instance after reading reviews once i started to encour problems. Shambles!

Ordered shower on 24/6/2019 on express delivery did not arrive as promised. on contact i was told tray was damaged and it would be a week till replacement was available. since then phones have been having technical difficulties every day plus on line and e-mail are not available today there is no phone lines working at all avoid this company at all cost as they cannot be trusted at all

Charlatans Ordered items on 14th June which still have not arrived. Despite numerous attempts I have been unable to get a refund. Thankfully I ordered on my credit card so will be reimbursed. AVOID!!!

Total scam , if I lived closer I’d follow it up, goods never arrived after being lied to again and again with a suspect email telling me to get my bank to recover money, may the fleas of a thousand camels infest their arseholes!

After 2 months of lies lies and more lies the bank has now raised a merchandise dispute. I hope they have gone under as this is the worst company I have ever used. scum of the earth all of them

What a bunch of shysters! I had same experience as most people reviewing here (wish I had read them first). Ordered a toilet, paid by credit card, promised delivery in 3 days - then the saga started. Item damaged by courier, new one ordered. Didn't arrive when promised. New stock in next week; next week never arrived. Promised again but no delivery. Finally gave up and cancelled order. Promised refund "later today". Still no refund, 6 weeks after . Kindly advised that "due to unforeseen circumstances" refund not possible at present. Suggested I contact credit card company or bank to facilitate. Why the hell should I have to do this? Answer: because they are crooks. Don't ever go near them.

Shower unit that was ordered and delivered in April does not fit together. Waited months now on promises that a new shower tray would be delivered that would fit. 4 different delivery slots confirmed but nothing has arrived. Was told today that they have ceased trading, but website is still taking orders. Going to have to buy a while new shower unit and write the last one off. Do not buy anything from them! You will not receive your goods. Gutted, waited over 2 months with promise after promise, without a bathroom and now going to have to start again.

CEASED TRADING - DO NOT ORDER. Ordered a bath 7 July and still awaiting delivery. Have waited in on 6 separate occasions for alleged delivery and it has not arrived, no dispatch confirmation or info fro couriers so bogus information to keep you quiet. Phone lines and live chat have now been removed from the website so only email correspondence available. Now in the process of trying to get a refund but was emailed and told the transaction company is unable to process refund and I must apply through my bank. Yet the website is still live and processing orders. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING IT WILL NOT ARRIVE.

I guess the previous reviewer was right, the company seems does not exist any anylonger, I canceled my order with them month ago, did not receive any money back (30 day on refund policy on their site), contacted them today and received the reply that they unable to refund and I should contact my bank to solve the issue. They opened the case...

Aquabliss have now gone bust! The address on the website did not exist so went on the companies house website and found their registered address where I met their landlord who said they had gone bust on Monday 8th July. The attached photo was their registered address and office.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. And still not resolved. We ordered a shower tray and enclosure, it didn't show up when expected which, wasn't the end of the world, these things happen. However the reaction, or lack thereof, from Aquabliss was unbelievable. To find out where my shower was it took numerous phone calls and emails, all resulting in promises made and subsequently broken, over two weeks! Deliveries, follow up calls, resolutions, were all promised and didn't materialise. We had contractors onsite waiting to work, it was a mess!! The only way we got our shower was to insist they had one sent directly from their supplier, the shower tray and half the enclosure arrived the next day, weeks after ordering. The rest of the enclosure has just never arrived.... Still waiting. No contact from Aquabliss. From reading other reviews, how this company is still operating I do not know.

Where to start Customer service I don’t think they now what that is at all, I haven’t been able to contact them as the number has disappeared of there sight. The chat person seems to answer you after 5 minutes every time you ask a simple question. The site looks good and that’s where it ends with this company, trading standards is the next port of call for theses guys. So watch this space

DO NOT BUY This company is w4nk Taking money without any intention of supplying the product We’ve been strung along for weeks telling us of a delivery that was never coming Susannah, Simran and Johnathan are a set of scam artists out to screw over who they can. I have visited the site that’s listed as active on companies house only to have lies told about the corrupt tw4ts £1300 down DO NOT BUY

I can’t even begin to understand how this company are still trading! Customers seem to fall into two categories - the lucky ones who happen to order something that is in stock and is delivered on time and undamaged. Then there’s everyone else! If there is even the slightest thing wrong with your order you’re in trouble. Expect weeks of rude customer service (if they bother to answer the phone), false promises and unreplied emails. This mob have had my money since April and I have no product to show for it (first delivered damaged then the wrong item delivered all with weeks of waiting in between). I have cancelled the order which they have acknowledged but they are not issuing me with a refund! I am now going to go through my credit card to finally get the money back. Just wish I’d read reviews here first!!

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK I have now reported this company to Trading Standards and Action Fraud. There is clearly something very, very wrong when so many complaints are being registered, goods are not being delivered or are faulty and nobody is being communicated with. Under no circumstances can this company be trusted. The phone line is open but they are allegedly experiencing 'problems' so you never actually get put through. Therefore, any of your correspondence/complaints are most likely to be dealt with via the online chat tool on their 'oh so plausible' website. These chats do not give you a permanent record of your conversation and this is probably why they are so fond of using it. I recommend that you photograph/screenshot any of these chats for evidence as you go along. Better still: avoid using them altogether because despite repeated requests for email correspondence and tracking numbers non of these were forthcoming. Even when ordering a pair of knickers from good 'ol M&S you get a tracking number. The alarms bells were starting to ring. Under pressure, they supplied my partner with a delivery company name. He then checked the name on Companies House and it was dormant (my partner works in delivery and he knows the process). Aquabliss also could/would not supply a delivery phone number. Why? What's the challenge when they handle such a large quantity of stock? It should be readily to hand. When asked again about this they went strangely silent. On a positive note, we did get an official email in the immediate moments after placing our original order but no others after this. Why is that I wonder? Back to the online chat: I finally discovered that our two items were, allegedly, damaged on their way to our house and we did not receive them. Yet again, no phone call or message to inform us of this. We had to do the chasing. They seem to employ a whole team of people with Dyspraxia at Aquabliss. The volume of dropped/damaged goods complaints is quite incredible. Maybe they should consider employing Mr Bean; he would do a much better job. Overall, their communication is diabolical - deliberately so we think - and we have officially cancelled our order via email and online. However, I reckon we will be in for a fight over the return of our money as even their T&Cs are incorrect. As a safety net, we have spoken to our bank and if our money fails to be returned I will be taking further action. I don't slog my boots out in a stressful job to allow clowns like this to take my money. Lesson learnt.

Lesson learnt in not reading reviews the most inept lousy company I have ever come across. Much the same as others no delivery item damaged by courier and a load of other excuses. Cancelled order that was never going to be delivered then a nightmare to get a refund. Have now reported them to Trading Standards and going through the small claims court to get a refund. How they are still being allowed to trade is beyond me.

A complete nightmare to deal with. Phone lines constantly off because they cannot be arsed with disgruntled customers. Cannot obtain a refund of £235.97. Sorry i didnt read reviews first. An absolute farce of a company. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be ripped off and stressed out with constant lies and empty promises. I have reported this compant to Darlington trading stsndards in the hope that they can help me

i am still waiting since the 16th June for my refund, i have made countless phone calls and sent e-mails, what i ordered i was waiting four weeks for, and then they still couldn't give me a date for when i should receive them, i made every call chasing and now i have cancelled i need the money to order a new suite but cant until i have my refund!!!!!! no customer service at all!!!
