Shoped here for many yrs but will not be returning again. new "store" does not care about customers anymore

Hi, I'm sorry you feel this way. We configured the store this year so we could care for customers better, with our team available to meet and greet you on entry, and to help with any of your concerns or an order if you needed. If you think you might want to return to us in the future, please email or call with any concerns with how you were treated in-store, because most of the feedback we are getting is positive! Unfortunately on visiting the store I was expecting to walk in to the same helpful advice and to be able to look at product displays i was wanting to buy a Wilma system. On walking into the store staff looked at me like I was stupid for not already having placed my order online

Hey Brad, We apologies if the staff were not accommodating on your latest visit, although our renovations are a few months old, this is no excuse and all customers should be made to feel welcome and comfortable whether its the 1st or the 15th visit. Our new concept's intentions are to place the focus on our customers' success, expand our warehouse so we can keep more stock on hand so our community don't have to wait as often, while keeping pricing competitive and stable. This was all so we can spend more time with each of our customers who want to chat through any gardening project troubleshooting or future dreams in-store, we even have the new coffee machine so you can have a coffee with the team! We understand the Show Room concept isn’t for everyone as many like to browse shelves, but this change allows us to hold a lot more stock so we can hold a larger range of products and larger quantities so there are less delays and chance things will be out of stock for our community. All our products are available to see online and you can always ask for more information if you think the product page is lacking anything. Our Customer Success Team has expanded to have more people available to answer questions, give advice and troubleshoot with our community via email for all who can’t make it instore. We completely renovated our ShowRoom to give us space to sit down and talk to customers who want advice on their projects. Soon we will be offering a service to book time in with our team so you can be sure you will get that one-on-one chance with our team to get the advice you are after at a time that suits without being interrupted if the store gets busy. As we know sometimes it can be hard if there is a rush of customers when you are instore and the team have to balance this. The online side of things is for all our customers who know what they are after, can shop from the comfort of their home and get orders freighted or come instore and collect for a faster transaction, we are always here to give advice via email, phone or instore and we hope you can give the new concept a chance. First of all, can you stop emailing me every time I look at your site. It's very annoying. Secondly, I'm not a fan of the new shop system, it was nice to be able to browse and check out items for myself in person. I have spent a lot of money on your premises over the years but I've since taken my business elsewhere. There's not much point in me buying online when I have to go and collect my purchases in-store. I do not like to give my details to anybody to purchase items and prefer to collect rather than have items delivered. I hope this has been of help to you and I wish you all the best in the future.

All our customers have the ability are always welcome to unsubscribe from our emails by clicking the unsubscribe at the bottom of the email, if you have any issues with this please let us know so we can investigate. For the people that know what they’re after, the ordering can be done from the comfort of home so it's just a case of popping down at a time that suits, walking to the counter with your click & collect number to be handed over to you in a jiffy. This is for our local customers who prefer to pick up orders instore and may not want to rely on freight providers for things they need urgently and gives customers the option to reserved stock online and come pay cash instore. It’s understanding that not everyone feels comfortable shopping online and providing details so we still have the facilities to take your order instore so you can chat to our team if you have any questions or want to troubleshoot something before completing your order. If you are not comfortable providing your details you can always use an alias as your account name. As long as you remember the name you used and password, orders can be placed under this method. We hope you can give the new Aqua Gardening concept another go, please chat to our team next time you’re in and we can show you how to make the new concept work for you, while being mindful of your concerns and making you comfortable with the experience. I was seriously disappointed at not being able to enter the stock area, maybe a covid precaution, but I enjoy looking at your stock and invariably purchasing more than I intended. I will not be purchasing any of your stock until I receive a reason for your Change of FOH...Norm

Valve Not working not feeding water in

Hi Raymond, We've received your feedback - thanks. I want to help you get growing with the Hydrostarter pack. There's two things to check: 1. the small black valve on the water line needs to be dripping at one drip per second. Disconnect the tubing to check. 2. Then once you have checked the drip, check the smart valve in the centre of the double hydrotray has water coming out of it. This way the system will work as intended! It felt really impersonal, asked to sit at a computer and look at pictures, i went to the shop to look at the products and compare, see the lights ect work. Worst mistake ever changing to the new setup, wont be back
