“Generally good service and a good range of products at reasonable prices..Delivery can be a bit slow at times.. My only complaint is that I get a lot of emails about dirt gardening products.. As a Hydroponic vegetable grower I would like to see emails on that type of growing only..”

“very good site for products, information on grows and general lifestyle upgrades. only complaint is some products are not there, ie flairform nobase just additives. i think if u advertise the brand additives then make all availiable products availiable, even on backorder? mix n match is half a growers prob. who knows exactly whats in vitathrive?? I will say tho they have fantastic member deals. loyalty is paid in spades. i just got cmh 315 adjustawings for $200. mad. cust serv is excellent also”

“Aquagardenings prices are good, my only complaint would be that I live in a rural community with a single post office and plenty of over-the-fence gossip, unfortunately with my last order shipped in translucent white packaging.”

Hey Drew, Thank you so much for leaving a review and additional feedback for us! I am sorry to hear that our delivery wasn't up to standard. The usual case for Auspost is that we will black wrap parcels unless they are in a plain brown box, and then white wrap them. This is because of a restriction within our Australia Post contract that requires black wrapping not to be used as it confuses their sorting machines, which would slow down your delivery. We will investigate what happened to your package and make sure the team is still following the procedure above. We are always looking for ways to improve and keep our delivery practices up to a good standard. Happy gardening from everyone at Aqua Gardening!
