Yeah look, I’m sure that this was probably only a one off instance or something but I would be kidding myself if I said that this service was good in any way. Item sat on back order for about a month, I ended up buying the exact same item from the actual company and got it within 3 business days. Just overall not a satisfying experience to say the least 👍🏻

I order an item that is needed urgently. After 9 days of nothing, I make contact and am advised that the product is out of stock and will take a further 2 weeks to arrive. I responded straight away to cancel the order and ask for a refund. I went to an alternative supplier and got the product in 3 days. A week later I received the original product in the mail and saw that the money was taken from my account. I have the useless product sitting by the door. A reminder that I'll never order from Aqua Gardening again.

Hi Marissa, We are sorry to hear that you had this experience. I have looked into the email thread where you initially reached out for an ETA and after we notified you of when we expected the stock we never received a response from you asking to cancel or refund the order. Are you certain you sent your response through? We have checked the thread and also our spam folder to see if perhaps your response went there, but we cannot find it. However, if you would still like to return the goods please reach out to us so we can proceed from there!

The packet of seeds which I purchased said: ‘Plenty of seeds in each packet to ensure successful growth and an abundant harvest’. I received 5 seeds in the packet of which 4 were crushed. Don’t be misled by this shoddy business.

We are very sorry to hear that the packet of seeds you purchased from us stated that you would get 'plenty of seeds’, but you only received 5, of which four were crushed. This is certainly not up to our usual standard and we would like to apologize for this. Is there anything we could do to make this situation better for you? Aqua Gardening Review On 8 October I purchased a Grow Greens Easy NFT Kit for 36 Plants. After repeated delays, the kit finally arrived on 23 November. When I unpacked it, I found that: 1. it had only 34 holes, not 36 as advertised. 2. the drain pipe going into the reservoir was missing. 3. the alignment of the fittings at both ends did not allow for an even assembly – so the gap between the trays is unequal. This means the whole kit cannot sit squarely on the frame supplied. (The instruction sheets do not specify a sequence of installation of the pipes and trays). I followed the assembly as per the photo supplied in the instructions, as their preferred way of installation. 4. The trays have a sliding lid which does not completely cover the bottom part of the tray. 5. the reservoir is poorly made – uneven stitching, not from a solid material (impossible to see this from the online pictures) The instruction sheets are low quality photocopies and the photographs on them are hard to see – as if the printer has run out of toner. When I contacted the supplier, they did not acknowledge the missing drain pipe and claimed that the pipe installation was deliberately spaced to have uneven gaps. The overall quality of this equipment is poor, especially given the supplier is charging $400. It does not look professionally made and there appears to have been no quality control. The after-sales service is unsatisfactory. When the supplier does get back to you, they have excuses rather than solutions. We live in Western Australia, so obviously cannot visit the store with our issues – we rely on the supplier to provide the correct product and service. Also: we are age pensioners and this is a large amount of money to spend, especially on a product of inferior quality. Definitely would not recommend.

Hello Matthew, Thank you for your feedback, and our apologies for any confusion caused. When our website displays "In Stock with Suppliers - Dispatched within 7 days", it means the products are not on our shelves to send straight away, but rather it reserves the future stock levels for customers and we will order it in for them within that timeframe. It puts the orders at the front of the queue, and they will be dispatched quickly once the stock is received in the warehouse. We can see your order was placed on November 10th with the 7-day estimate, but the stock arrived within five days on the 15th of November. The order was packed that same day it arrived and dispatched through the courier - it is currently on it's way to you. Hello John, We understand your position - apologies that there was a delay with the Express Postage option with Australia Post. We can see from the tracking that it was dispatched the next day that your order was made, and has now been delivered, but something held it up in the freight network in between leaving our warehouse and arriving at yours. Hello Joanne, Sorry, but we are a little confused by this question - our warehouse team is still wrapping and boxing items as appropriate for shipping. All our items are sent discretely with no logos and plain packaging. Did your items arrive damaged in any way or look as though they had been tampered with? We can assure you we are still wrapping items for postage if this is what you are asking. Hello Mickel, We can see that this order was delivered yesterday afternoon, October 6th, two days after it was dispatched from the warehouse. It was ordered at night during the 3rd of October, and packed and dispatched the next day on the 4th, so the Express Delivery window of 1-2 Days from dispatch is accurate. Was there another issue with your order? Unfortunately, we can not find any trace of previous emails - is it a chance that the emails you recieved were automatic tracking ones from Australia Post? The 15amp timer I bought had only 10amp outlets, which made it impossible to connect a spa as I had intended to do. The promotional information on the website gave the impression that the timer was suitable to connect 15amp devices. When I contacted you to discuss the problem I was told I could return the timer at my own expense as I changed my mind about the equipment and no longer wanted it. I bought a 10 amp to 15amp adapter from another electronics store to plug into the timer that fixed the problem. This was my first time doing business with you and it will be my last.

Hello Donald, We apologize for any miscommunications - but if there was an error in the website product information, we would not deem this as a 'Change of Mind', and rather we would thank you for bringing it to our attention so we could fix it. We would then send out a free eReturn parcel slip to take to the Post Office to return the product for a full refund. I am sorry if this was not offered to you at the beginning. We have been unable to find any previous communications with you though where you were told to send this back at your own cost or who was assisting you so we can train them over this procedure. We have sent you a private message, if you wouldn't mind checking your inbox and replying we can get this resolved with a return and refund.

Absolutely useless Sells me something that isn't in stock yet it's on sale Says they will send the items in stock separately but didn't and sent it all together days later. How is that express fast shipping from brisbane? Now my items have been sitting in an aus post warehouse for a week when I payed for express postage. Thanks for wasting my time.

Hello Jeremy, We provide the option for customers to buy backorder and preorder items so they can reserve stock levels for themselves - backorder products are marked in each listing, and a box will appear before checkout to confirm that these products are not in stock, but will be dispatched as soon as available. The order is split if the products are outside of the 3-7 business day window for the backorder products to get in. Checking over your order, these products arrived 3 days after making your order, and were dispatched on the next courier collection. Unfortunately, it looks as if there have been some wires crossed or some confusion in regards to shipping, as the 'FLAT RATE STANDARD SHIPPING' option was selected for this order, not the Express option, hence why it may have taken longer to get to you. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this. We have checked and seen that this was delivered successfully on Tuesday - we hope you can get some good use out of these products, and apologies again for your feelings towards this shopping experience with us. I am not a serial whinger but, you didn't answer your phjoner when I rang it many times. Your website is confusing and I couldn't see a list of all your vege seeds. I imagine there are many and if so the site is well hidden. It remains to be seen if my seeds arrive!!! Geoff Barnes

It can be accessed through the drop-down menu, or a link is available here: https://www.aquagardening.com.au/aquaponics/seed-starting/seeds/ We are sorry to hear that you were unable to get through, we assure you that the staff answer the phone here, and would answer several dozen calls a day. Due to this, sometimes both lines are occupied, or in other instances, customers in the store mean the staff are unable to answer. There will be an option to leave a voicemail, which our staff work very hard on responding to in a prompt timeframe. Feel free to leave a voicemail and the staff will know you've phoned and be able to return your call to resolve your inquiry. Please let us know if there were any issues with the refund process. As mentioned, our staff member had gone through the packed parcels to find your one and change the connection that was incorrectly ordered on the original order. We are sorry that we did not call to confirm that we had managed to find your parcel and swap out the products, or else we would have been aware that you were wanting to amend the order again and have a third product sent out instead. In the future, if an item was ordered incorrectly, we do have a 60-Day Change of Mind policy where they can be sent back to us for a refund on the products given they meet the policy's criteria. I received a broken item due to inadequate packaging (soft packaging for fragile items). Aqua Gardening refused to replace the item. I strongly advice you not to buy anything fragile from this company as you will take all the risk.
